Our stay was perfect. The hotel is clean from the lobby to the rooms to the restaurant. Loved the little pool for children. The big pool for adults is also well taken care of. The restaurant was clean and service was always excellent, the staff is very attentive. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom big and cleans. Loved this place. I stay at a lot of hotels and this matched everything they advertised.

The hotel is lovely and the Dakota Wing is definitely worth the extra money.

I love the privacy and services on the property for example the convenience store and the Westpac Branch and ATM. Although I would like to suggest if the doors into the rooms corridor especially for the Fountain Queen rooms can be less disruptive. The doors would slam when shutting and makes too much noise when opening- too much noise disturbances when trying to sleep.
Otherwise, the hotel is always my first choice when travelling through Port Moresby 👍

Comfortable and convenient to POM airport with good restaurants, bar and cafe with great coffee. Airport shuttle service was fast, secure and complimentary, room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The only negative was that the room was not well sound-proofed so we heard guests above us walking in their room, doors opening and closing, and from the early morning planes. Top floor rooms are probably a little quieter.

Great location with an easy airport shuttle. The rooftop restaurant and pool were great. Room & bathroom were very nice. They have a good gym.
It would have been nice to have conditioner in the bathroom. They only had a "conditioning shampoo."
But overall, it was great!

Airways hotel is beautiful. The design of the ground floor lobby area in particular is lovely and serene. I also really liked the cafe adjacent to the main restaurant - the freshly made juices are great. The array of options available at the buffet breakfast in the main restaurant is wonderful and includes eggs made to order. I wish there had been a bedside lamp in the room. I like to read before sleeping, and only having an overhead light is not optimal. Also the pool was pretty warm, and thus not as refreshing as it could be. But overall I really loved staying here.
