The hotel is conveniently located close to Kennedy Park and so many dining and shopping options. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that we were able to leave our luggage after check out so we could explore Lima for the day. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Clean room & Helpful staff & Reasonable price!!! Hotel is on the busy main street, which means very good location, but extremely noisy. We woke up many times because of moto sounds during the night. The thing inconvenient was that I had to contact the staff to request shampoo and then wait every time when I needed. It would be nice to have it in the bathroom.

This place is not a hotel but an apartment turned into room rentals. You will hear the all conversation from the other rooms, and the worst thing of all, You will hear the elevator sound like a dropping bomb from your room everytime it goes up and down. Other places is better and you will get better value for your money.

I had a one night stay at Larq'a Park Rooms. Gabriela was exceptional. The place is so inviting, the room very clean and comfortable, amenities appropriate and much welcomed. The only reason I'm not providing a 5/5 is that Lima is hot this time of year and there was no A/C in my room. Even with the portable fan, my room was quite warm and humid. I opened the windows and the room cooled a bit after sundown.

Excellent location, water is in walking distance and so many places to shop and eat. Larcomar Square just blocks away. They arranged a ride from the airport to the hotel and then back to the airport and conveniently charged it with our room. Bed was so comfortable and breakfast was served in the dining room each morning. They also didn't just make our bed and clean the bathroom, they hung up all our clothes and arranged all of our items neatly in the closet :)

Location is good for sure. Facilities are also not bad. However, unless you are super insensitive to noise, you may not be able to sleep well as the room facing street does not have any measures against noise. Only a thin layer of windows...Feel like you are sleeping on the street. What a pity. My worst stay in Peru is exactly here. Btw, it’s more like an Airbnb for this place, so you need to schedule time for check in and check out. Don’t even fancy storing your luggage after checking out. That’s impossible. More strangely, landlord will send your messages to warn you to follow the rules, or they will choose to share your information with certain organisations who ban unfavourable guests jointly. 🙄that’s very unfriendly for guests. I am sure this room is more suitable to be placed on Airbnb rather than Expedia.

I loved staying here as its right in Miraflores center street. Antonio and Gaby were very helpful hosts right from the beginning, helping with Chech in, where to go around Lima, how to get around, where to eat etc. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for budget accommodation
