I recently stayed at this budget-friendly hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Despite being affordable, the hotel did not compromise on quality or service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and economical stay.

Comfy bed good shower pressure nice staff wifi was hit and miss but slow

With only 3 stars, I didn't have high expectations. I semi anticipated that it would be loud and boisterous, but it was actually very demure and quiet. The first night, they had live music and a group had gathered singing and dancing, but you couldn't hear this from the room. Brought my 83 year old father and 3 cousins. The family room was perfect. My dad was able to manage the 3rd floor without an elevator and the view was filled with lush greenery. The free water in the hallway was helpful. The bunkbeds were firm but felt sturdy, as I climbed up to the top bunk. Each room had individual ACs plus ceiling fans plus duvets, accomodating all levels of temperature comfort. We also had a balcony, which was great to sit out on, plus a great place to hang wet clothing from the beach. We had an early start the first day and had to leave before breakfast was served, but there was bread and coffee and we made quick savory and sweet sandwiches/salads. The 2nd morning, we were able to induldge in eggs, chicken tocino, and sinigang. There are also two pools, well maintained. Felt safe since it's a little off the busier area, but very easy to access. Walking distance from shopping, although we had a driver and used tricabs. Would feel comfortable as a solo traveler and lots of activities and tours available directly from reception. The one inconvenience, and most guests prob didnt notice,was the water was shut off at 2am without notice. Staff helped and it was on by like 6am.

Great option off the main strip. We were here only 1 night as our stay was extended but other hotel couldn't accomodate us. Abraham was a great change of pace. Nothing fancy but very clean and hospitable. We had reserved rooms with great AC and would recommend them. We also did a hidden waterfalls tour with Ruby and she was fantastic.

No elevator. Unless you have Netflix, prime or some of the others apps to watch TV, the tv is pretty much useless. Stayed on the second floor, had help with luggage’s going in, no help checking out. Room needs upgrades

Staff service are up to but there is no phone in the room so you have to go to the reception for any request and maintenance and mostly our door lock is not really working well so our safety is compromised. No fridge in the room but there is a common kitchen and fridge but since there are lots of foods inside the fridge and it is not really cold inside, we did not manage to eat the food we put there as it gets spoilt.

I like this please be ayaw the privacy and cleanliness big place good for family for me excellenr.

Overall not good place to stay.

Bad experience with the staff and our room security was comprised because of their faulty door. Beds are uneven. Towels are limited.

It was OK with family going up is hard. There’s no Elevator for luggage.

All good. But Breakfast need to be improved

A great place to stay for singles, as they have many group activities and ways to meet people. Also private rooms and pool if you want to keep to yourself.

There needs to be upgrades. refrigerators, safes, working card readers. The staff were great. The room was clean and the bed was great. The tv did not work

Hotels had mostly European visitors, mostly young and solo travellers. Food and drinks were decently priced but limited choices. Staff did their best to make the stay pleasant and rooms were decent, nice pool areas and a basic breakfast however, ongoing construction noise sometimes from 8am until 8.30pm, no water pressure or no hot water at all which failed twice and drastically at time we had to check out. Main pool needed a clean as was off colour. Trike into town is slightly pricey at 100p but it's only a 15min walk.

Its convenient to have a shuttle to go around Alona beach and the pool was liked by the children

Excelente servicio, camas súper cómodas y una piscina donde relajarte. Desayuno abundante.

Hotellet är bra för det pris man betalar. För att komma till Alona Beach behöver man ta en taxi i ca 5 min. Hotellet har två mindre pooler. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukost ingick och den var helt ok. Allt som allt ett trevligt hotell i mellanklass. Vi betalade ca 2500 pesos per natt.
