Everything was perfect. My wife forgot to reserve a smoking room where initially we both were not sure whether the hotel served a smoking room, but when I check-in the receptionist staff did a great efforts and we finally ended up in the room located just next to the designated smoking area. Kudos for her service!!! Good impression during check-in, only then I started to explore the entire building, everything was so perfect, pool on the rooftop, spa, clean environment and room. I use to stay at the hotel nearby Belmont, although this is my first time experience but I would definitely will stay here again in the future. Thank you for the great service.

The hotel is located nearby NAIA which is convenient. The hotel itself is okay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were small. We had two rooms connected - one queen room and the other were two twin beds. The queen room bathroom leaked water from the walls in two different areas outside of the shower next to the toilet whenever I showered. It’s probably the reason why there was a faint lingering smell of mildew in the room. The breakfast buffet was always busy so navigating through people and tight spaces between chairs/tables was a challenge. Overall, I don’t think I would choose this place to stay at again.

Everything went well for this short stay. I had a very early flight Monday morning so checked in at 7pm. Aside from the slow check in, there were 3 counters but only 2 are staffed, everything was great.
I had an issue with the tv and within 3mins after calling someone was there to fix it. After 30mins or so, I got a call from the front desk to check if someone fixed it - I thought this was a really great gesture to follow up. Checkout was painless at 6am+ and the best thing about this hotel is it's proximity to T3.
Will definitely stay again when I have flights at T3.
