Great staff. Although they couldn’t accommodate an early check in. I am aware that the check in is after 2 but my flight had arrived at 00:35. I had to wait in the lobby as all the rooms were full. They had the staff come in and clean a room right away at 7am, which was the best they could do.

I like the complete hotel! Im abit dissapointed they changed level 12 into a maasage place.The view from there was amazing,other than that the hotel is great

The staff was professional courteous and polite. The rooms contained at large safe and refrigerator. the bathroom very clean with no mold. With amenities of a spa and gym. No swimming pool. I give Cebu R Hotel 4 stars

We had a good stay at this hotel. Though it was only for 2 nights but it was worth it. I love their room, most especially the hot water shower(Thumbs up?) From a Deluxe Room, the hotel downgraded our room to Standard Room even though we already indicated on the booking that we have 2 infants staying with us. When we reached the hotel they did not even offered us a compensation for the inconvenience. Our room was so small and we had to share a Double Bed when our room originally is for 2 double bed. The stay was so disappointing and the free breakfast choices was very minimal and the staffs were not even helpful! This is so disgusting.

It is central to many malls by way of a short cab ride. Air Conditioning is important to me, theirs is cool and very quiet. The breakfast is served individually either indoors or on a covered balcony. Comfortable setting, excellent staff. There is also a small outdoor local BBQ right across the street from their front door.

I loved how accommodating and attentive the staffs are with their guests. I also loved their hot/cold showers that are just at the right temperatures every time I take a bath plus the breakfast they serve was delish, especially the chorizo.

The property is good and spacious. We stayed in a 3 bedroom with a free breakfast. The bathroom was clean however the towels may require a new replacement. Towels have seen better days! For the price, it was overall a pleasant experience except for the very slow wifi. The parking area is limited but it was OK. The reception area was very accommodating and the food was good as well. It is very close to Ayala and SM shopping center. We will definitely stay at this property again.
