staff service was good, the swimming pool is really nice, everything inside of the resort is amazing, except for the road from the main road to the property, but I think it's on the plan that can be done in the future.

The property looks very nice in pictures, but it smells, dirty, the towels smells, the room smelled. Too many dogs and cats, they barked and fights all night. You have to watch where you’re walking or you will step in poop.
It very deceiving.

Everything is perfect except for the food and the beach. Food is just okay and the beach is too rocky. The staff are exceptional especially the Manager ❤️❤️❤️

It was our first family trip since lock down and I have communicated to the Manager some inquiries about the property and our stay, really appreciate all the patience and help of Jade! Property is pretty new and easy to find, we feel secured in our stay especially that they posted the safety measures in place in their page. We loved our stay in the Ocean Villa, exclusivity made us feel comfortable and my kids enjoyed the jacuzzi, highly recommend this room type for families. We also had a an option to serve our breakfast in our villa, some of the crew visited us to offer fresh seafood for that day and we also enjoyed our dinner. Opportunity wise, the breakfast options could be improved, we also looked for some in room amenities as we stayed in a villa (lotion, other toiletries) but overall we highly recommend this property for a break outside the city and specially this room type if you have kids! Thank you Cebu R Resort!
