My family and I had a great stay at Chateau Bleu. I really appreciated how well they communicated with us about our check‑in—it made everything smooth and easy. The hotel looks exactly like what you see in the ads, it’s clean, and the food is genuinely good. But what stood out the most was the staff. Everyone we met was polite, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile or a warm good morning. I’d definitely come back and would happily recommend Chateau Bleu to friends and family.

Pros: The security, Frontdesk and wait staff has excellent customer service. Good price for quality food. Quiet location. Truly a staycation experience. Nice room set up. The actual employees are great. Cons: Too many OJT working in a group setting. For example: 6 people entered one of our rooms just to collect towels & trash. At the end of our stay, we were charged for lost towels that was most likely miscounted by them. Too many OJT sitting around, make them clean pools with net, we don’t need to request for it, pick up branches, pick up cat poop and spray, scrub shower tiles, etc.

The only complaint I have, and it was my fault that I did not notice. I asked for a room for 3 adults and ot a room with 2 single beds, my fault for not questioning. The resort added a cot to remidey remedy the situation.

Rooms are not clean especially the bathrooms and there are many bugs! The food is not so good and cleanliness in general is something that they need to really work on.
