A true gem in the neighborhood. A standalone Hotel with exceptional staff and a very clean modern property. The one elevator being out of service was a minor inconvenience and some areas could use some cosmetic updates. A very safe feeling hotel once you are inside. Love all the amenities available, pool was clean and loungers were comfortable. We'd definitely visit again.

Suggest labeling 1 of the 3 elevators as a maintenance or service elevator so guests understand why cleaning, construction & maintenance crewwith their work equipment are riding with the guests. I've passed by this hotel many times but never took the time to see it up close. Stayed on the highest floor of the building. Good view. The room had a good layout, and it was cozy and friendly. Weekends are great. No noise. No stress. Just right. I would stay here again.

Not too walkable but facility was clean. Their restaurant was a bit slow in serving. However, the hotel staff was always more than amazing. They have a washer and dryer on-site so it very convenient.

The area around the hotel is quiet and close to restaurants and stores. The room we stayed in was clean and well kept. The room attendant (Mary Ann) made sure that we are supplied well with amenities that we need. She's a great add to the stay. The price was very reasonable.

The staff are friendly,helpful and very courteous. The housekeeper Mary Ann was so helpful and friendly. She should get hired directly by the company so she will get good benefits. Finally, my husband and I will recommend this hotel to stay with other friends.

Smells new as the building is new, breakfast is ala carte with lots of choices. Love the laundry facilities and pool. Love how the staff remove their footwear prior to servicing the room. Shout out to the staff: Rain, Ken and Christian.
Lobby toilet could be better though - humid inside and smells.

This was the first time at this property. I stayed only one night in a one-bedroom unit which was comfortable. I missed breakfast but had dinner at their restaurant and it was good. It is located a short walk to restaurants and the Greenbelt parts of Ayala Mall. I would return when I am back in Makati.

It's a really lovely hotel. The rooms we stayed in were smaller than those at Holiday Inn Makati, but they were very nice. The third elevator was out for a few days, which was not helpful. Other than that, the stay was excellent. Great value, super helpful staff. Beautiful pool on the top floor overlooking the city. I would definitely recommend it!

Good location just a few minutes walk to Greenbelt and Glorietta. Included breakafast which was ordered from a menu and not buffet.
Some issues with internet connectivity.
Staff is friendly and called me a Grab for a ride to the airport.
