All the staffs are accommodating friendly kind and helpful. the location is great. the foods are satisfying. we stayed for 4 days and it was awesome. we had a chance to meet lots of guest as well. we highly recommend this hotel not because of the hotel but because of the people that are there. Amazing service from the lovely staff at Bancuang Mansion. They were very accommodating and happy to help out with washing, airport transfer and even upgraded our room! Very clean and great facilities, just a short walk from the centre of Coron town. Would highly recommend

Rooms very spacious and clean. Staff were attentive and helpful. Hotel offered free dinner buffet for all guest for New Year's Eve which was unexpected and delicious. Only downside is the steep stairs. Not recommended for elders or people with disabilities.

Very nice hotel, but the one thing they don’t have is elevators. So you have to walk up a bunch of stairs to get to your room. Great customer service as well.

A nice place, very clean. Biggest issue is the amenities were lacking, tv would only get maybe 3 channels, not much privacy the doors were not sealed fully. And no elevator so every time you left your room you would climb a ton of stairs.. but overall a nice place

Bathroom was dirty; the hospitality was awful. There is no lift in the hotel. My room was on the 5th floor and to walk 5 floors multiple times each day was a pain. I checked out before the end date.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well maintained. And the hotel is wonderfully situated in town, close to restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, the internet connection is unsteady / unreliable.
The drawback to Coron is the limited activities available. If you’re not out on an excursion on the water, there not much to do. Also, the hotel is 25-30 minutes away from the beach.

This hotel is right across a noisy gas station. This hotel does not have an elevator. My room was on the 5th floor and I had to climb five stairs multiple times each day. The hospitality of the staff is very poor. I left the hotel before earlier than my scheduled departure and moved to another hotel in Coron.

Bancuang Mansion was beautifully decorated. The staff were all very attentive and polite. They were accommodating to all our requests and even brought us towels at the pool without us asking.
The food in the restaurant was delicious and fresh. We had breakfast there every morning and a couple of lunch and dinners. There were other restaurants near by as well and the main town is walking distance (just down the street).

I have had two extended stays at this hotel and I love it here! Keep in mind this is a more provincial area. I think this is one of the best hotels in Coron! Shuttle service to and from the airport. Convenient location close to the town proper, the docks, little bodega-like shops, and good places to eat. The hotel's menu is also good and very reasonably priced. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. They greeted us with some tasty cold juice or ice tea and quickly got things arranged and got us to the room. The staff is friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. The honeymoon suite is totally worth the price for the size of the room! Highly recommend!!

This is truly an amazing boutique hotel in Coron. For the value, this place is the best in the entire town. The staff is incredibly courteous and professional, the rooms are large and beds very comfortable, and the restaurant actually has very good food (as well as a bar). There is even a nice little swimming pool located directly in the center of the hotel. The only downside is that for most rooms located on the upper floor, there is no elevator and its stairs only; however the staff is always there to help with luggage. Everything is also quite walkable, as far as Coron town goes, about 10 minutes into town on foot.
Definitely will return again when coming back!

Place was nice. Staff very helpful and accommodating, carried our bags through the labyrinth and up to the 4th floor. Be prepared for stairs and the steps were also big so it was quite tiring. Toiletries were also not enough but the staff brought them when asked.
