General Check-in Instructions

We are pleased to inform you that our property is now accredited as a Multiple-Use Hotel (MUH) by the Department of Tourism. As such, we can now accept non-quarantine (NQ) guests (except leisure stays) apart from our existing quarantine (Q) market.
We are still catering to quarantine guests. As a multiple use hotel, we can accept leisure stay under GCQ Alert levels 1 and 2. Metro Manila is currently under the latter's category. Hence we are open to the staycation market already since February 01, 2022. We will continue tapping that market unless the government heightens the community quarantine restriction again. All checking in adult guests must be fully vaccinated. Presentation of vaccination card is required upon check in. This does not apply to kids 17 yo and below as the rule says, kids may check in provided that accompanying adults are fully vaccinated. We may allow unvaccinated guests as long as they provide negative RT PCR test result no more than 48 hrs prior to check in or negative antigen test no more than 24 hrs prior to check in. All non-quarantine rate plans may revert to the previous set up of room occupancy of maximum 2 adults, 2 kids in a room. Meanwhile, all quarantine rate plans are to remain on single occupancy. Maximum allowable sharing is 2 pax in a room with 2nd pax chargeable

Do not recommend - there are other good hotels in this district in this price range. Major issues with the general maintenance of the rooms and fraudulent charges. After I had left the hotel, they tried to charge me for damaging a hand towel that was never used or even taken off the towel rail. They backed down after raising a dispute. The charge wan't a lot, but it is the principle. I recommend photographing all your towels before checking out of the room. Shower taps were damaged and not easy to turn on or set the correct temperature - the hardware needs replacing. My colleague's room had a similar problem and he couldn't turn the shower on at all. Shower pressure was not good. Room master light switch was faulty - it turned on sometimes , or flickered on and then switched off. Only worked after a few attempts. The room cleanliness was good, and the dining staff were attentive - the breakfast menu was average and not particularly varied.

Arrived almost 2 hours before check-in time but front desk staff was so accommodating and gave me a room instead of having to wait for 2 hours. During breakfast time, one of the waiters named Ray saw me sitting in a table occupied by other guests I didn’t know. He offered to transfer me to a solo table. It’s these small acts of the staff that make a place worth going back to.

*Overpriced* - Laundry services: Good but tremendously inflated/overpriced. - Stale, unpleasant smell, 7th floor hallways. - Security deposit: Inflated/overpriced. + Omlette bar was good on the 3rd floor restaurant. + Everyone was friendly, however, no awareness and lack of training at security entrance. They assume every young woman coming in a little late in the evening is a prostitute and don’t have a current hotel manifest to check against ID. - Check in/out counter on the 5th floor: Customer service rep, male, embarrassed another couple during their check-out process about stains on the bed in front of me and others. That should have been conducted in private. That is more lack of training and etiquette.

We chose this property for its location. Very convenient. However, improvements are needed. Upon check-in, the wrong set of luggage was initially sent to our room. No big deal. Our room was next to Residential units where several paper notices had been left by the doors, cluttering the floor of the hallway and in front of our room. Wouldn't it be better just to leave a phone message with the unit owners that they have notices which they can pick up at the concierge? Unless you're arriving / leaving at very early / late in the day, the elevators can get really crowded and the wait can be significantly long. One thing that really needs attention is the condition of the property. Our room smelled unpleasant & musty. Housekeeping came by to spray some kind of freshener but did little to improve the air quality. The drapes need washing and had holes. Also in our suite was a glass dining table. But no dining chairs. The shower had a slow drain.The sink had no stopper. USB outlets would have been nice as well. On a positive note: the staff was fantastic. Service was impeccable.
