General Check-in Instructions
We are pleased to inform you that our property is now accredited as a Multiple-Use Hotel (MUH) by the Department of Tourism. As such, we can now accept non-quarantine (NQ) guests (except leisure stays) apart from our existing quarantine (Q) market.
We are still catering to quarantine guests. As a multiple use hotel, we can accept leisure stay under GCQ Alert levels 1 and 2. Metro Manila is currently under the latter's category. Hence we are open to the staycation market already since February 01, 2022. We will continue tapping that market unless the government heightens the community quarantine restriction again. All checking in adult guests must be fully vaccinated. Presentation of vaccination card is required upon check in. This does not apply to kids 17 yo and below as the rule says, kids may check in provided that accompanying adults are fully vaccinated. We may allow unvaccinated guests as long as they provide negative RT PCR test result no more than 48 hrs prior to check in or negative antigen test no more than 24 hrs prior to check in. All non-quarantine rate plans may revert to the previous set up of room occupancy of maximum 2 adults, 2 kids in a room. Meanwhile, all quarantine rate plans are to remain on single occupancy. Maximum allowable sharing is 2 pax in a room with 2nd pax chargeable

It was exactly what I expected: nice clean hotel within easy walking distance of BGC area of Manila. Breakfasts were wonderful with so much choice and rooms clean and staff very helpful and professional. The dining room and lounge both indoor and out were very comfortable. This was an excellent stay for me and my wife.

Excellent hotel in the heart of BGC walkable to High Street. Many places to shop & right next to the Landmark if you need groceries. Breakfast & patio was nice. The only ding I have are for the elevators as they're slow & certain ones only go to certain floors.

The place is worst than a motel 6 mold smell everywhere as soon as you walk in the door they have humidifiers to cover it up our room was disgusting water coming up from the laminate flooring you get what you pay for breakfast was always cold worker were nice but a shame they don’t fix the mold issue it felt very dirty and old hotel very sad as great location to shopping

Overall, my experience was very good. I like the location of this hotel. It's a walkable distance to High street. Service was excellent in the restaurant and room service was very responsive to all issues that i had. Only complaints i had were the wait times for elevators, it is a popular hotel and there were many guests. The swimming pools were excellent, but the water was cold to swim. Maybe a solar heating system could be installed to heat the water.

Great location, however room needs some work. Shower curtains were dirty and cabinet drawers didnt align, air conditioner overtime started leaking water. Staff was friendly, buffet breakfast was great

It felt like a 4-star, especially as there was no access to the gym and spa. The terrace was closed, so there was no space to sit outdoors. The elevators were very slow and needed a proper lift management system.

Terrible odor on 11th floor. Likely toxic. Old carpet is just gross.
Buffet breakfast was quite good, as Filipino buffets go, but still not much for us Westerners.

Hotel condition is old and some of the furnishing all faulty. Did not had hot water shower in my 4 nights stay. Inform to staff but nothing was improved. Other than location, not a hotel to recommend in terms of stay
