I hope there's a free soap and tissue, you need to bring or buy your own toiletries. Overall it was a good stay.

THEY couldn’t prepare breakfast for an early riser. We asked for an extra towel but they did not gave us even though the said that they will deliver it to our room. The blanket is too thin while the air con is too noisy. The comfort room is not clean. Some of the used soap, probably by previous guest, is still there. They do not have a toilet paper even though they have a tissue rack. There is a lot of improvement. The receptionist did not find our booking immediately add the fact that her facial expression is not that too accommodating. Her colleague was on the rescue advising us not to go to some places due to security reasons.

The location is good. City center is he. Also accessible. The room was spacious. But i think they need to change a bigger aircon for the family room. Not too cold the aircon in the fam room. But overall it's okay we stay.
