Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Location and grounds were beautiful. A bit to crowded for my liking. Breakfast buffet was quite nice, but the food was otherwise mediocre.
Main areas of concern is the strict no change no exceptions Henann booking policy, and also foreign currency exchange policy.
Guests hoping to exchange cash should be advised of Hennan policy of intense scrutiny of paper currency. Anything other than newly printed bills will be subject to rejection. In our case a barely discernable 1mm tear on on one bill and a very slight ink mark on another left us unable to exchange and caused inconvenience. Would otherwise be acceptable anywhere without question. The 'we won't accept your money' left a distinctive air of arrogance. This Hennan policy is no fault of the staff who were otherwise helpful but unable to exercise any realistic discretion.

Being in a relatively poor town context, this is ver nice resort, with several pools, access to a public beach, is very close from the airport and to island hopping tours. The service personnel is excellent and they are an army of employees taking care of every detail. There are three restaurants, 2 buffet and 1 a la carte. The prices are reasonable by American standards.

We stayed in the premium room, one of the pool villas. Worth every extra penny! Private plunge pool connected inside the villa and the sleeping and lounging areas were premium quality. Along with superior facilities, the staff of course are the kindest, most engaging people and take pride in their Filipino culture of hospitality. Great property, worth the trip!

When we first arrived because we didn’t see much of the property because it was nighttime. But what we did see was a welcoming staff, beautiful lobby and an even beautiful room. The next day, we saw the rest of the Henann resort and we tell you what, it was beautiful!!! The beach, the pool, the bars etc. was outstanding. This trip was worthy. Will definitely come back again. Thank you to the staff of Henann Resort for you generous hospitality.

The property is well maintained. Lots of pools and landscape is beautiful. Rooms are big and very clean and nice with all amenities. Very accommodating staff. The best & most luxurious spa experience I have ever had. Can't complain about the beachside bar's Happy hour... 2 for 1 drinks can't be beat. And a very well stocked free breakfast buffet with any breakfast item you can ever think of.

The resort is crowded especially at the lobby area anytime of the day. I thought I will be relaxed during my vacation time but unfortunately I did not. Too bad i booked 4 nights. The beach not recommended.

Liked proximity to airport, beaches and restaurants. Disliked inflexible stafd and there was a nasty smell at the reception area due to proximity to a disposal facility. One of the main pools also not fully open for 4 of the 6 days we stayed there

Good location, amazing pools. One of the 3 pools is only for adults and it has a swim up bar.
Great buffet breakfast with plenty of choices.
The pool bars have happy hour between 3pm and 7pm and the sea cafe has a good buffet for dinner with option to pay 250 peso extra for unlimited soft drinks ,beer,red and white wine.

Property was very good overall, staff friendly and helpful. A lot of ants and bugs around the pool area. A lot of use of evaporatorative AC units which in the heat did not do a lot to cool the dining spaces.
Facilities are good and well maintained. Rooms are clean and cool, mine had a rust spot in the tub and the finish had come off. I notified the front desk but never heard back.
