Very practical for an overnight ! Could use a thicker blanket but overall what you would expect, 24/7 reception definitely helped

Tv did not work and when I contacted the concierge in person there was no follow up. Shuttle service was fantastic

Microwave didn’t work and stove was also turned off Closet was dirty but other than that I had a good stay AC was good . for some reason I had good Wi-Fi for the first time since I’ve been staying @ Henry’s Newport which was a plus and I would like to stay @ the south wing on my next trip Thank you

The location was ideal for my needs, and very near the terminal 3, plus food , spa massage and salon. The property was not well maintained, and the building old. ( The elevator push button actually went inside the wall when we used it) Here are the things that made my stay stressful: 1) There was no heater for the shower as advertised. 2) Toilet paper was not avaliable- upon request from the property manager, they were provided BUT was not brought to our room. Instead, we had to claim it from the front desk. 3) The remote for the AC didn't sync with the AC itself. It became hot in the room, and we had to experiment with the temperature settings. 4) The couch or futon, was super old - it sagged, and was almost too the floor. 5) NO WIFI WAS PROVIDED - THERE WAS NO VISIBLE wifi information and their QR code didn't work. 6) Their trash can was only a bucket - not even covered. No toothbrush provided, as advertised. The upside was that Henry accommodated my luggages and put them in storage for the two days I requested. Overall, very disappointed and won't recommend this place.

The property was average. Good for budget travelers. The staff were excellent. They were really helpful.

The water pressure is so lower that it's impractical to shower and the property sends automatic long messages about everything, but ignore actual questions.

The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and stove. In the unit I stayed, they have to fix the airconditioning unit in the living room area because it is warm.

Room was clean and functional but towels, soap, and toilet paper were not in the room. Fridge and TV also wouldn’t turn on. I was there for just a short night stay before catching a flight so it wasn’t too bothersome because I had what I need to get by, but double check with the boat beforehand. I got a message about those amenities being provided after I checked out.

Friendly staff. Caretaker is very responsive. And above all. The owner sir Henry is very accommodating and easy to talked too. Second timer to check In.

We called for an extra towel as only two were provided and Brian brought us a pillow and towel for our daughter . The room was for three. That was good. We had a booked time at the pool what was off putting was seeing rats climb plants between floors while we were in the pool. The room was basically clean but a new toilet seat would be great as the current one was discolored and looked awful. Stayed in room 4G in the north wing

Staff members are helpful!

The staff was very helpful. The unit could have been better if there are no bugs.. moreso, towels were worn out and old thus not presentable to paying guests.. location is nice but a lot can be improved on the unit itself.

killed over 40 cockroaches, staff was rude wanting to charge us on top of what we already paid for the room, giving us towels with huge holes in them, place was dirty, I guess you get what you pay for

So convenient going to terminal 3 thru the bridge access. Too old Kitchen pots and pans should be replaced or upgraded. Staff were so attentive to the needs.

Close to the airport, walking distance from the terminal. Good if you have a layover or short stay.
