Clean, comfy, near malls, restaurants, attractions. And in all fairness, the items in their mini bar (snacks and beverages) are not over priced! We'll definitely go back here!

Only good thing was location to airport
The room AC worked very well in regards to cooling the room, but was extremely loud.
The bathroom had black mould on walls and mirror.
Sheets and general floor area were clean though.
Sound is an issue with the planes going at all hours, so you will need ear plugs and be a heavy sleeper.

My children and I stayed for a night at Hotel 101 Hotel on July 8, 2025.
1) Housekeeping was quick to respond to our request for an extra bath towel.
2) Check in at the Front Desk was quick. Front Desk staff were efficient and professional.
3) Nice variety of food at the breakfast buffet, thanks to the breakfast crew!
4) Thank you, Concierge staff for assisting us with the luggage on our check in and upon check out.
5) The hotel's location was conveniently located and is also a walking distance SM Mall of Asia.
Two minor things to note: a) Perhaps consider multi-adapter outlet for those who do not have an converter. b) the lighting in front of our door was out/broken.
Overall, we had a good rest and would recommend this hotel to others. THANK YOU, HOTEL 101!

The staff is nice but the photos on Expedia doesn’t match the property itself. The hotel is older and the photos doesn’t show that. The location is great though. It is walking distance to the Mall of Asia. The surrounding area is busy, so it is noisy and the windows and walls of the room doesn’t mask the busy street below. The AC is noisy as well, though it works to cool the room. Our safe was broken also.

Sink is not draining properly. Shower water not draining well. Electrical control panel beside the room door is fully expose (no covered).
The good part, staff are very well accommodating. From Valet to Bellman and security personnel are all amazing people.

After reading all the reviews, they were spot on so I'm not going to delve on all the negatives. The hotel basically needs a refresh which after talking to staff below that were selling shares of Hotel 101, they already started on the 16th flr going down. Other positives are: the aircon was strong, great wifi coverage, very close to MOA, and if you get hungry in the middle of the night, there is a 24 hr Jollibee besides the hotel.
