Very good location. Close to everything like shopping mall and extra. For me the only thing that missing is COFFEE in the room..I know they have room service and they are close till 11 pm but, for some of us travelers we don’t live her and most of the time we woke up early in the morning and some of us need coffee as soon as we woke up like me. Every is great and hopefully someday they will put coffee inside the room.

5:30 am and room next door finally quiet. Slamming doors & loud conversations all night. Awful.
Room itself was fine. Floor was dirty though. Definitely needed mopping.

Practical choice if you plan to stay in Manila. The hotel is very near a mall and several restaurants. However, it is not advisable to bring a vehicle for they have very limited parking space at the back of the hotel. The hotel, too, needs some sprucing up. The bathroom fixtures need some renovation. The room, though, is clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The staff are hospitable and attentive.

Room had a window leading to a wall of next building 1.5 m away. Room was very dark. Even with all lights on you could not read a newspaper. Internet only in the lobby. In the bathroom only a small soap. Shampoo container in shower was empty. Leftovers in refrigerator of other customers. Definately not to recommend. Overpriced for the room.

The road outside was being resurfaced as I arrived, but the staff had done all they could to make it accessible, pretty standard city center hotel, location is OK, bay 2 blocks away, good eating and shopping close by too. Some 'services' offered in the streets close by more tailored to the male traveler.
