I was pretty happy with this hotel. With the exception of the shower, which sorely needed an update (no problem with the hot water though), the room was clean, quiet, and well-organized. The interior wasn’t new, but generally the hotel seems very well maintained. The staff was pleasant and efficient. Overall a good value, and the location couldn’t be better for the Makati night life.

Front desk staff were friendly but not helpful. Rooms were infested with cockroaches. Decor is outdated. Mold in the shower. Lobby smelled like a dead animal as well as the elevators. I will not stay here again, please use another hotel for your lodging.

Older hotel that was probably a very nice place at one time. Everywhere you look there’s something broken or worn down. From lamp shades to bathtub, the place needs a lot of work. The worst is the elevator, only one worked and it is on its last leg. I would not stay again.

Dont try and go to the gym, its impossible to find and when you do find it, nothing works and half the equipment has vanised. The loose wires in the lift arent great too

One working elevator. Had reservations for the presidential suite and was not informed that the elevator did not go to that floor. Being disabled I had to take a downgrade with no refund or compensation. A friend checked in the next day and his suite reservation was also messed up. If I could rate this less than 1 star I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Pool area was horrible.
