Always enjoyed a stay at the Shangri-La in Makati. Good for staycations with inclusive amenities but on-property shopping is currently under development. However, Greenbelt and Glorietta shopping complexes are close by, but are some distance away and require full exit from the property to access additional shopping and dining options.

All the staff members are friendly and courteous.
I love the smell of the entire hotel, fresh, calm and invigorating. The facade of the lobby is magnificent!
The location of the hotel is very convenient and accessible to everything.
The only setback that i experienced was the toilet in the room. It was not functioning properly particularly the flush. But other than that, my overall stay was great! Highly recommended and will definitely comeback!

A beautiful hotel, well maintained and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful, plus welcoming almost to the point of effusive. If you can stay in the Horizon Club section, I highly recommend it for the included lounge, food, and cocktails, plus a stellar view.

The breakfast buffet service was too long. Had to remind the staff of our order a couple of times. There wasn’t anyone at the coffee area and there was no coffee cups to do self-serve. I believe they were understaffed from the last time I remember. We will try again in three weeks. If the same situation, I will go back to Holiday Inn.
