The staffs are very helpful, kind and supportive. We have a nice sea view, and room is clean and pleasant. Amazing experience with their 2 & half hr Spa. Our safe deposit can’t open but the staff came to fix at no once. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I would give the overall facility and stay 10/10 if it weren’t for the grotesquely loud shows on Friday and Saturday night. On the 7th floor the walls of my room were vibrating badly. I truly thought they were going to crack. This is an expensive hotel (almost $200/night) and NOBODY would stay there if they advertised accurately how loud it was. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful hotel and room with very very nice people and food. Overall I’d downgrade my rating to a 2/10, the noise was that bad.

An excellent stay, the staff are genuinely exceptional.
The beach is beautiful and pool area was great. The location of the hotel is just far enough away from the more ‘touristy’ New Town to retain its exclusivity and difference between its 5 star rating and the other 3 or 4 star hotels nearby. Would thoroughly recommend, thank you for a wonderful holiday.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 days/2 nights. I wish I would have stayed longer because the staff really works hard to make sure everything is perfect!
We chose to eat breakfast there the first morning and we were greeted with smiles and willing faces. The food was great as well, and right before we finished, we were offered wellness shots (watermelon juice and a few others) and that completed an amazing morning.
Overall, this is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Cebu. It’s clean, spacious, quiet, and relaxing. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Cebu in the future.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. You are constantly being greated with smiles. The property and rooms are clean and well taken care of with up to date tvs and furnishings. The food is top quality. Everything seems hand made and no no corners cut. The beach and pool are spotless and well taken care of. The area around the hotel has countless things to do and see. Plenty or restaurants, malls, and tourist attractions to see. The hotel offers a bunch of activities as well as do many locals around the area. I couldnt recommend this place enough
