Service and the property were perfect. I will definitely come again. You must try the seafood croquettes!!!

Customer Service was excellent

The room was not particularly pleasant, but the rest of the experience was acceptable. When I entered the room, I found a fly on the hand towel in the bathroom and a small spider in the bed, which was somewhat off-putting. The packed breakfast, which included ham and cheese sandwich, was satisfying, except for the tuna sandwich. The service at the bar by the pool was excellent. The food and service provided by room service were outstanding, and the lady who took the order was impressive, providing me with various options. Additionally, I booked private transportation through the hotel, which was of the highest quality.

Great hotel. A bit isolated and the entrance is very badly paved.

the staff were amazing!! from the moment we stepped onto the property, the staff was there to help and cater to our needs. they were also very kind and friendly. we had a pucnic dinner onnone of the nights- we got to see the perfect sunset. the pools are well kept clean. breakfast was great with alot if choices. i asked if they made champorrado- and they made it for me ! i would stay here again.

My family attended a wedding ceremony at the beach of Movenpick and the sunset scene served as an amazing backdrop! Hotel staff were very courteous! Great event and a great stay.

1) Movenpick has a wider stretch of beach than its neighbors, Crimson and Shangri-la. 2) Should include activities for guests 3) Nice to enjoy free shuttle to D'Mall or downtown, adding more times to shuttle guests would be appreciated 4) Overall, Movenpick is a great place in Boracay, away from the very busy part of the island. Will book this again next time.

We had a fantastic stay at Movenpick Resort. The service, food and resort itself were faultless, we can’t wait to return ! Gorgeous quiet beach away from the chaos of Station 1-3. Top marks guys !

Everything was fantastic. From check in to check out. Amazing staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Incredible property and beach. Had a fantastic trip.

1. Was locked out of room due to room keys not working, had multiple staff come & go unable to fix took almost 30 mins for someone to finally come to reset the door 2. Room fridge was broken, again had to wait so long for it to be fixed ended up having to leave the room/resort for the night and leave the repairmen in the room themselves 3. Water sports hire - double kayaks were all “broken” and there were no crystal kayaks available either 4. House keeping extremely slow & incompetent, took 35mins one night when something was requested, after 30 mins someone came to room to pick up items (what was there to pick up?!) I was still waiting on what was requested, I had to send them back to bring me what I asked for (a simple plate, knife & fork) 5. Had to call housekeeping every evening because they had either missed providing new face towels, hand towels, or refilling room shower gel 6. Free shuttle times were very irregular (e.g. 1030am, 230pm, 315pm, 830pm) and would get booked out as there wasnt enough times to fit all resort guests therefore it was very inconvenient 7. Chocolate hour was nice however was expecting good quality and tasting chocolates and desserts given its Movenpick, however everything tasted super average we didn’t even want to finish the sweets and didnt bother going back. Tried brazza restaurant another time as well and the flavour was just poor so didn’t eat at the resort again. 8. “Fun pub” did not have anything in there besides billiard

Nice place to stay. Staff are very friendly and polite service can be quite slow. The hotel has a fantastic pool and amazing beach so would definitely come back. It’s an 8/10 experience but definitely worth it.

Bedroom walls are paper thin so you’ll hear people talking and moving around in the rooms next door or corridor. Constantly waking up in the morning by other guests. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re a couple looking for a place to stay in Boracay!

Highlights of our stay at the resort. 1. The amenities were great. The resort took care of everything including pick up and drop off at the airport - for a modest fee, of course. This service really impressed me. Did not have to line up to pay for all the govt fees and terminal fees at the port and they have their own boat that takes you from their welcome center to the port in Boracay. Something that would probably make this better is to have their boat drop us off at the resort itself. 2. The staff are all wonderful and respectfully and very courteous. 3. The beach is so clean. We went in March and the waves were choppy but otherwise, still ok. I like that it is private - you don't see vendors trying to sell you stuff when you are relaxing on the beach. 4. The breakfast buffet was really great. So much food and felt like always overeating. Free chocolate hour was good too. Maybe this is asking too much but wished they served free coffee though - although you could still order it and pay separately. 5. Free shuttle to dmall. Since the hotel is in Station 0, it is quite a ways from Dmall which is at Station 2. So getting a free shuttle at certain times is a plus.

We’ll stay again in this resort next year.

The resort location, amenities and staff are simply top notch! Food options and meals were exceptional. My family and i could not be any happier and left wanting to return soon.
