Lovely little resort-esque accommodation. Decent bar with pool table in area above. Although we didn't use it, plenty of others used the lovely looking pool that surrounds a cabana type restaurant/ bar area. Friendly check in and bar staff. Not too far from an incredible tapas restaurant.

The place was OK. 1. The showerhead was broken so that was not great. 2. The "pool" is not actually a pool its just a decoration. Only like 2 ft deep. 3. The restaurant is vegan. Stupid idea. You can't even get an egg there.

I left this hotel with mixed feelings. It caters more to diving services. My family spent 4 days there. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The only issues that bothered were the brownouts and no hot water. It's a bit far from Alona Beach, but another adequate beach is within walking distance. The most excellent part of our stay was the staff. Very professional and friendly. Really helped out with the transportation with trikes. They really know how to make you feel welcome. In a couple of months this place should be much better and have most amenities operational.

First of all, the manager was not friendly when we asked for the refund for the rest of the nights he didnt even showed up even if he was sitting at the table behind us. The reasons why we decided to leave this hotel are the location was terrible, we need to get something to ride to go to the beach but hard to find it theres no taxi also need to walk out on the street waiting for jeepney or motorbike. Theres no toilet paper so i need to ask for it. The price is not reasonable compared to location and rooms they got and drinks and food are rip-off. Its totally different to the pics they post. When we first arrived they offered us rooms in front but the manager said its not the money u paid for it so he kicked us to the room behind the resort its like old building units and people made noise. Theres are no resto around the resort so u need to walk about 15mis under the hot boiling sun if u want to go alona beach u need about 15 mins ride. Its such a waste of money. I found other hotel near the beach for only 700 pesos.. we even didnt try to argue with the refund and left the resort.

The online and personal communication with the hotel manager is consistent....very bad. I phoned the hotel twice to modify my booking but I was asked to email the manager instead. When I emailed him, it took a while to get a response and he didn't even understand my concern. When I met him personally in the resort, I greeted him and all I got was just an empty looking face. As for his team, the girls were EXTREMELY friendly although they can be slow at times. The resort itself is fine, but the rooms need to be improved.
