This accommodation ticks all the boxes for a perfect hotel! The rooms were clean and smells very nice! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever! We always had a hard time getting up in the morning. The wifi is fast, the tv and cable tv has ample channels. Extra pillows are free of charge. They even let us check in early as 12:30 without additional payment as our room was already prepared. The staff were very professional, quick to their decision making and attentive. We had no trouble in the check in and check out. The hotel is situated close to binondo church, ongpin st and divisoria. Intramuros is a good 20 min walk via jones bridge. Red planet hotels are always are go-to hotel when we are in cebu or davao. The service and the accommodation is consistent wherever we decide to check in in any of their branche that's why we prefer this hotel over anywhere else. At red planet, we are assured of a good rest and sleep, comfortable rooms, courteous staff and safety. Plus it was really comfortably priced!

Basic hotel but very clean and the staff are so nice even the guards are very accommodation. Very safe to stay and very close to banks, shopping centers and restaurants. My second home when I'm in Manila.

For the price, it's very clean and has a modern look. Actual had a kettle and fridge in the room unlike many hotel chains of the same price. No pests at all! Housekeeping are VERY friendly and hotel staff overall are very helpful. Minus: no free drinking water in the room, thin walls, no phone in the room, the hotel app never works for tourists, no one answers on Whatsapp, and housekeeping is CONSTANTLY dragging furniture. There was even ongoing maintenance at night! Power tools and dragging furniture. BUT this location and BGC are the best Manila hotels you're going to find for the price. As much as I can love the Philippines, I love Red Planet Hotels.

A little odd that the lobby was on the 4th floor upon arrival but this arrangement streamlined the process of check-in. The cosy coffee shop adjacent to the lobby was a godsend as one had to wait for around 30 minutes for assignment of the room. The room was small but very functional though I was surprised there wasn’t a phone inside the room itself, but was advised that there was a communal phone by the elevators. The QR codes did not work as they directed me to a dead end which was disappointing as I wanted to know more about contacting the front desk and a little more about the area as well. The air conditioner, water pressure, hot water, and CR were good but had to reach out to housekeeping staff on the floor as there weren’t any towels in the room as it appeared they were rushing to prepare rooms for incoming guests. The free breakfast was to my surprise was delivered via room service as opposed to a common dining room, but understandable as space is obviously a premium. Lastly, I appreciated that the staff stored my luggage the morning of check-out to allow me to partake in a morning guided tour on the Intramuros, which was about a invigorating 25 minute walk from the hotel. This Red Planet stay was my first and was a great value overall!

Your pet’s vaccination card must be presented prior to check-in for yours and other pets’ safety. 4. Your pets must be healthy and well-groomed. Your pets must be leashed or put in a pet-carrier when in the hotel’s public areas. For cat owners, you must bring your own litter and litter box. 5. Dogs must wear diapers at all times, especially in public areas of the hotel. 6. All pet needs (equipment, towels, food / water dish, pet carrier, food & water and the like) are to be provided by the guest. 7. Use of the hotel’s towels & linens for pets may incur additional charges. 8. The guest accepts full responsibility for any property damage and / or personal injuries resulting from their pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any damage. 9. Pet-Friendly Areas shall be: designated pet-friendly guest rooms, main lobby, receiving lobby, 2nd floor balcony, main entrance. 10. I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The room was extremely stuffy and poorly ventilated, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. On top of that, the room was dirty — there was dust everywhere, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and it just felt unhygienic overall. The staff were also very unfriendly and unhelpful. Whenever we asked for assistance, they seemed annoyed and uninterested in solving any issues. Customer service was clearly not a priority here. I would not recommend staying here. There are definitely better options available for the price.

staff were good it is just that, we experienced room door not opening three times bec cards given were not validated. had to go to reception twice and asked a manager to chk the card once bec manager at the same floor suggestion: staff issuing the ecard should make sure that cards are working - hard for the guest to go back to reception every he goes back to room

Probably the most efficient and technologically advanced hotel I’ve ever visited. Great staff and lobby Cafe. Very clean and compact rooms. Only concern was no phones in the room. This is dangerous in the event of an emergency. Would be inexpensive and easy to install WI-FI based intercom phones to allow communication with front desk, housekeeping, etc. Red Planet is great value for the money!

Clean rooms that smelled good. Staff was super friendly and responsive. Having a 7-Eleven 12 steps away was very convenient. Room was comfortable with Aircon. Had a convenient area for ride pick up, as well as safe, adequate parking.
