This is a very nice, comfortable hotel, located right in the middle of everything in Bacolod. They have two good restaurant options, including a cool rooftop bar with a view of the Capitol park. I will definitely stay here again when I return.

was disappointed on the service at misto when we had dinner on our last night. service was so slow when it was not even busy. there were only 4 tables in the resto. we have to follow up couple of times for them to deliver the wine. and i ordered cheesecake too but was never delivered so i have to cancel it.

Great hotel, great service, good value, very good breakfast. If you like bacon, this is the hotel for you. After staying at 7 hotels this month, Seda has the best breakfast. The roof lounge was also nice. It’s also great being so close to Ayala.
The only aspect of the Seda experience I cannot recommend is the pool. It exists but not great.

Our Misto restaurant is for our buffet breakfast and ala carte from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, while our roof deck restaurant, Straight Up, is open from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Smoking rooms are no longer available based on the Executive Order No. 26, effective July 22, 2017. Penalty of Php 5,000.00 net per night shall be imposed if violated. The property accepts guests from all ages with proper documentation: For room accommodations, Vaccination Card/Vaccination Certificate for fully vaccinated (ages 18 years old and above). STRICTLY NO VACCINATION CARD, NO ENTRY. Unvaccinated minors need to be accompanied by fully vaccinated adult BacTrac (for contact tracing purposes) https://bactrac.bacolodcity.gov.ph/ Valid Personal ID Maximum of 2 guests per Deluxe Room. Guest/s are required to sign up with https://s-pass.ph/ and submit a NEGATIVE RT-PCR TEST result (72 HOURS PRIOR YOUR ARRIVAL) for places under Alert Level 3 and up to process their Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) if via AIR and SEA Travel. Check in time was 2pm. I came to check in past 2 already and room was not ready. I had to wait for quite some time. When the room was ready, the floor was dirty. Came to use the washroom and the sink was not draining properly.

Overall, this hotel was relatively good value for money, although the rooms were not quite as good as they look online (lack of colour primarily). The hotel does have a nice hotel roof bar, with a good view. The door staff and reception staff are friendly and the rooms are kept clean. The breakfast in my opinion is 3-4 star rated. The hotel is ideally located within a 5 min walk to the nearest shopping mall. Overall i would book again, due to it's location and roof top bar with views.
