Hotel was beautiful. It was close to the airport, had free breakfast, pool and shuttle to the airport

Booked two nights specifically to be close to the airport and make use of the shuttle, as we had family departing in two different days. Perfect choice for our purpose, the included breakfast was great.

Quiet area, staff very friendly , efficient & respectful . Our stay pleasant , they even prepared our breakfast cuz we have to leave early , 6 am . Thsnk u so much Bellavista .

Property is a bit crowded for the family room very small no space at all, and there’s no table to eat and extra chairs. Just suggestion, those room should be only one queen bed and a couch on the side with table and extra chairs and plugs for your cellphones then you could call it a Family room, because one child can sleep in the couch. A man working outside i think doing renovation, very noisy banging and it’s scary the Man is walking back and forth right outside our windows. The room no sound prof every sound of vehicle or any sound outside like people talking, you can hear it clearly. In spite of all that we will still willing to stay for another 2 weeks if they had a room with kitchenette and a bit of space because the hotel price is affordable. The one thing we like is the closets, the drawers in the room, the pool, the complementary breakfast, and we like the front lobby very big area to hangout, And the stuff is the best very accommodating, the boys in the front very friendly and mostly shout out to Belinda the front desk lady very friendly and for that i will recommend this hotel.

Staff and service fantastic. Very warm welcome. I was showing around my room. Bags taken from taxi to my room. Room basic but clean and had everything I needed from complementary toothbrushes and slippers . Bottles of water in room . The Bed and the bedding was so lovely. I slept like a log . I found it very comfortable. Next morning I had a breakfast. Again very nice toast fruit coffee juice and I had the Philippines breakfast. I went up to the roof and used the pool . Again lovely. Very clean . I can not fault the hotel for the £35 per night I paid . I also got the shuttle to the airport the next day. I had to give a cash deposit I think they want about 500 php. It was returned then next morning as I checked out and the room was checked. It's Ideal for the close proximity to the Airport. Do not expect the Ritz for £35 per night but it was a lovely stay. I would definitely stay again

The staff is very nice and they have the best restaurant with excellent food. Whatever you order on the two menus that they offer is very good.

Don’t usually leave poor reviews, but this place is not recommended for a stay longer than a couple of days. This is the first hotel in 6 years of travelling that we couldn’t hook up our Apple TV. Then the TV wasn’t working right, had their maintenance guy up twice, didn’t get it working properly. Free breakfast was okay, but not worth it, rest of the food was interesting. I checked out a day early, and sure that I won’t get a refund. Sad thing is, we actually live in Lapu Lapu, and won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone.

The Bellavista Hotel is our home away from home when visiting our family. Staff are friendly and hotel is comfortable and clean. Pool is scenic and you can order food and drinks. Breakfast is available and different options to choose from.

Really like the hotel! Very nice and friendly staff! Room was big, huge shower. TV with some English channels, good internet, desk space for computer, fridge, etc. Enjoyed the pool, nice view - especially in the evening where you can see all the lights from the Cebu hill (where the Temple of Leah is located). Breakfast was good, you ask the day before what you would like. Shuttle to airport was perfect! Definitely recommend.

Stay for one night, location was great, friendly staff, was pick up at the airport for free.

The aircon wasnt working which was very disappointing during my sister’s stay.

Staff were efficient, especially transportation to and from airport, quick service. Restaurant staff were also excellent.
