Vanilla Sky Dive Resort

Restaurant and grounds were very nice. Food was excellent. My room needed some repairs and paint - and better lighting. Overall good value. I’d stay.again.

The dive shop is excellent. They are very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. If you like personalized service you will love Vanilla sky Dive shop. The restaurant is good, a little expensive, but good food. The pizza is great. The hotel is just ok, it could be much better with better bedding. There is only 1 top sheet, I kept having to turn off the air conditioning because it was cold, then back on because it would get too hot. A blanket or comfortor would make a huge difference. It is a great location, just off the main road but a 5 minute walk to everything.

Our stay was ok. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. However, there were a few problems. For starters, there was no television to watch, doors to the closets were falling off, brown water coming out of the sink in the CR and the shower kept leaking, could not turn off completely. The breakfast was very simple. Stayed for 4 days and basically ate the same thing everyday. Not many options to choose from.

A nice small hotel with a good restaurant and a small swimming pool. An italian owner, the restaurant is serving an excellent pizza.

No phone,no personal use I..e..hand soap,shampoo,lotion, I have to ask for toilet paper.

I enjoyed my stay. I like my big room and the staff at all friendly. Breakfast were delicious

First time in Bohol and had a great time. Staff were great and very friendly. Definitely would recommend this to ky friends in Canada

A few minutes walk from the beach makes is nice and quiet for families. Good pool and dive center on site and a great restaurant.

The surrounding is clean and relaxing. Staff are all helpful and friendly.

It suited our needs for travelling with 8 kids. Pool was nice and all the staff friendly.

Amazing relaxing place

At first i was really disappointed because the floor was really soaking wet.Thanks for being responsive with mh complaints. Overall i really like the place and i appreciate your accomodation.

Excellent for family, quiet place, room are perfect size for the family loft although, not happy of the drinking bottle water refills. Quality of food is perfect, but it takes an hour after order. Nice area close to Alona Beach.😃

Good value for money in a great location

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is only a 10 min walk from the beach. There is a swimming pool but we didn’t use it. The food was delicious - as the owner is Italian with the passion for food - they have fresh buffalo mozzarella, great Pizzas/Pastas and Yogurt!

Great place nice location and friendly staff

Staff were excellent. Helpful in arranging day trips at same prices you can get from vendors at the beach. Also arranged delivery of meals to room when requested. Restaurant is good but breakfast choices limited. At least they are cooked fresh. And you have the option of skipping breakfast and getting a free lunch sandwich which is nice.They do not provide drinking glasses in the room which would be nice. But they allowed us to take glassed from their dining area. Not a good beach near their facility. Have to walk or get tricycle to get to Alona beach. And Alona is not a good beach. Just tourist activities like restaurants and water sports. No beach to sun bathe. Take a tricycle or car to Dumaluan Beach instead. Great beach and a few water sports if you want them. Rooms are ok and it seems like they are are trying to keep them fresh as some were getting new paint when we were there. Didn't see any bugs. Blankets are just a thin sheet ( as in several other hotels I stayed at). Would be nice to provide a real blanket as AC gets cold. Overall I recommend i,t but be prepared to take transportation to a nice beach if that is what you want.

Very comfortable room and good facilities. Deffinitely had a resort feeling to it.
