We had a fabulous stay here and were very pleasantly surprised to see we had been upgraded to a one bedroom apartment . Amazing apartments , very spacious . The receptionist was also brilliant at trying to locate my son’s lost wallet.
There is a zabka grocery store directly under the apartments for anything you need .
Around an 8-10 minute walk to the old town . The area felt very safe , clean with a couple of cafes on route to the old town .
The old thing I would have liked was a few English channels on the tv , even if just world news . You tube is available though and we didn’t spend much time in the room .

Great great stay!! My wife and I enjoyed Kraków while staying at this spot, La Belle Epoque. We are definitely coming back! The place is really clean and spacious. The breakfast was the best moment. We were not expecting such thing. It was really nice and tasty. We loved it. My wife couldn't stop talking about it. We are looking forward to come back! We highly recommend the place.

Lovely clean and comfortable room. Not too far out of the center. Shame the sauna wasnt working. Would also suggest it would be good to have at least one English speaking TV channel. Apart from that very good.

The residence is great for a quick trip to Krakow. It is within walking distance to the main square ans old town.
The building itself looks new and was clean and spacious with good storage space.
The pillows were not great and the shower in one of our apartments was not height adjustable. There is no air conditioning either but there were fans available.
We stayed in apartment A1 and A32, the latter of which is on the top floor. If you have heavy luggage then you may struggle as there is no lift.
We enjoyed our stay at Belle Epoque and would happily stay again.

Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 21:30hrs. Although reception was not manned 24 hours, there was a member of staff on site 24 hours so check in was quick and easy. Our apartment was as we hoped, clean, spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of information in the welcome pack and we settled in very quickly. The location of the apartment was excellent, a short 15 minute stroll into the “old town”. The apartments have an area in the basement with a sauna, a small exercise area and a shower and toilet. There was also a washer and dryer in this area, which we did not use, but which I assume was for guest use. We will definitely use the apartments again next time we visit Krakow.

I chose the superior 1 bedroom apartment as Hotels.com advertise it as having air conditioning. This is important to me as I have asthma and struggle in hot weather conditions. We were disappointed to find out the website had misled us and there was NO air conditioning. Neither was there a DVD player. And don't get excited if you're from the UK and see satellite channels advertised ... the only thing we could watch in English was youtube! Thankfully we had taken our laptop so were able to watch dvd's and amazon prime.
....but, the apartment itself was excellent. Spacious, clean and in a great location just a short walk to the old town and a small supermarket a few steps away for essentials. They did provide us with an electric fan after we queried the fact there was no air conditioning.
Staff are pretty elusive in this place and really only speak when spoken to.
They arranged our airport transport for us and both taxi drivers were great.
Would definitely stay here again ... despite having no air conditioning!
Kitchen is adequately equipped, though an extra t-towel and some oven gloves would have helped. 3 dishwasher tablets were provided for our 7 night stay.

Great location in a quiet park of Krakow, a short walk from the main part of town. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you would need. I would thoroughly recommend staying here and will definitely come back.

The Belle Epoque aparthotel is the perfect base for exploring Krakow! I stayed in apartment 3 which is a superior 1 bed apartment. It had a well equipped kitchen with utensils, pots, a dishwasher and fridge and they had provided washing up liquid, a sponge, a tea towel, dishwasher tablets and tea/coffee/sugar. The bathroom has a large shower and hand soap and shower gel are provided as are hand and bath towels. There was a double sofa bed in the lounge area and twin beds in the bedroom. There was plenty of extra bedding if needed. The apartment block is less than 10 mins walk to the stare miasto and is very easy to get to the centre of town. There is a little shop right next to the apartment entrance which sells everything you will need. All of the tour operators will pick you up from this building so no need to travel elsewhere for collection for day trips etc. my only 2 criticisms would be that the beds were very firm and I didn’t sleep particularly well, the second issue being that the apartment was not cleaned while we were there and there was no mop or broom to clean the floors which had become quite grubby by the end of our stay.

What a great find in Krakow, a 10minute walk into the main square but good to see somewhere other than just the square.
Apartment was spotless, modern and looked brand new. It also has everything you could want for a 3day stay to a 3 week stay.
Apartment is in an old look building but once inside the apartment it was really modern and spacious, we were in block A on the 3rd floor which could be a problem for some as there was no lift in this block. Bathroom was spotless and looked brand new, but the shower is another small issue that could do with a re-think but everything else great. ( Shower would not stay up and only a small glass screen that when using got the floor wet.
Kitchen had all the essentials but as we were only there a few days so really only used the dishwasher and fridge.
TV to both lounge and bedroom but could not find many English channels
We were able to store our luggage while waiting to be picked up and also noticed that there is a room downstairs that has washing machines, irons a sauna and also a shower if needed.
Would definitely look at this apartment again if going on a return trip to Krakow

This was a perfectly ok stay. The room was as described and very clean.
Check in was not via reception as they have limited their hours but self check in. That’s fine. Not what was advertised but the instructions were very clear and ok.
The hotel is unfussy and suited our needs but if you are looking for frills then this is not the place for you. The location was excellent.
Their is building work opposite which is not their fault but does create some noise.
Luggage storage which was important to us was in a corridor rather than secure but there was no issue.
These are tough times for the hospitality trade and the Belle Époque is probably suffering like most places.
Would recommend with reservations.
