I frequently travel through Rzeszow to transit to Ukraine, and in the past, the hotels have been a bit rough, and often over-priced. In addition, many of hotels are amazingly inconvenient, especially if you have a lot of luggage to haul around. This hotel was by far the nicest place that I have stayed in Rzeszow. The staff was amazing, it was very convenient, and unlike many other hotels, it wasn't insanely hot. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I can't say enough good things about our recent stay at this fantastic hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Weronika, the reception's second manager. Her attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued.
Having stayed here several times over the years, we've always appreciated the hotel's consistent quality and comfort. Each visit reaffirms why we keep coming back. The staff, especially Weronika, goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

Zdecydowanie nie jest to 5* standard. Kurz na fotelach, pekniete lustro, niedzialajacy sejf ( w miare szybko zostalo to naprawione), swietlowki w ktore trzeba uderzac by dzialaly i klimatyzacja, glosna jak czolg. Zdecydowanie nie da sie przy spac przy wlaczonej klimatyzacji. Przy otwartym oknie rowniez nie ma szans zasnac bowiem wychodzi na glosny rynek. Obsluga nadasana, jakby musiala pracowac za kare.
Znakomita restauracja i bar troszke wynagradza. Swietna lokalizacja.

The room was excellent, but being next to the restaurant was noisy and the chairs being dragged across the floor from 6 am until very late is annoying.
Next time i will remember to request a road side room at least. The square at the back of the hotel is a noisy also, which i think if you are in holiday is fine but not when you have to get up in the early hours of the morning for work..

There was a pretty bad check-in. Initially, I requested the reservation of a parking spot during the reservation process. In response, the hotel said that, for an extra charge, parking could be reserved when you arrived. But when I checked in (around 10 p.m.), I was informed that there was no parking available and that I would have to find parking on the streets. The person at the counter told me to inquire also if I could contact the parking lots nearby to see if they were available, including some belonging to other hotels, but she refused to help. Secondly. With large glass panels in place of a wall, that was probably the most awkward room I have stayed in lately. In fact, these glass panels divided the space from an open office or an inner garden that connects to the restaurant's hallway.
