Location is great. It's a 5 minute walk from the tram, the bus and the metro . Zabka and 24 hr alcohol shop too. We stayed here in September and whilst the windows open fully get a room with air conditioning as sleeping with the windows open is loud outside as it's near a main road. Loved the hotel. Bathroom clean room modern and well set up. Would stay again

I was unsure about whether to choose this hotel due to some of the reviews but it was convenient for my travels. I must say that the reviews do not do the hotel justice. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and modern. The service was exceptional and I would most definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel which looked to be newly refurbished. Cool area. Good breakfast. Really good value for money. Would stay again. Thank-you.

Very good location, close to metro, buses, tramway, shopping centre, little stores. 10-15 minutes by public transit to the Old City and Downtown.
Hotel was overall clean, but room cleaning service not detail oriented and not regular - we had to ask for it. Big plus for the restaurant, tasty food, very generous servings at excellent price. Most of Hotel staff polite and courteous. Good value for the money.

Check in was smooth upon arrival. Everyone on the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent and varied. The restaurant connected to the hotel is also great as is the staff.
The hotel is near the Metro and Tram stops with a great Thai/Vietnamese Restaurant on the street
What I would have liked would have been some small toiletries for the bathroom and larger pillows. While my bed was comfortable, the pillows are lumpy and too small. I asked for and received a second one.

Great for a stopover for a quick trip. Room is very basic but it has everything you need. It’s exactly what we needed and we’re happy we booked it, staff were lovely and the restaurant downstairs was perfect. We didn’t venture out too much as we had already been around Warsaw and were using this as a quick respite that was close to the airport for a 3am pick up.

Noisy, dirty and staff who apparently don't like their jobs. There was dust and dirt in both rooms we were given, it doesn't seem like they wash floors and surfaces that often. Very noisy between rooms, between floors and a lot of noise from the kitchen if you have a room facing the "backyard". Perfect if you Like having a conversation with someone next door, down the hall or any of the floors.
Only reason to recommend this hotel is its location. Close to public transport and the old city.

I think the "S" fell off.
It was a weird mix of transient workers looking for a place with low security, elderly people looking for the decor of their childhoods, and young party goers looking a place with fewer rules than a party hostel.

We thought the hotel service was quite adequate. It was quick on deling witha blocked drain on the shower, breakfast service was goodand the hotel reception was friendly.
However we missed not having a telephone in the room and we only had one pillow each.

Stayed here to go to a concert at the National Stadium. It was fine for what we paid. Could walk to and from the stadium. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
