Room was clean and we found the lady on reception very helpful. Secure parking in its underground garage. We both enjoyed the Breakfast. Although it was on the other side of side of the river to the Old Town we enjoyed walking but there was trams that ran very near by if you didn’t want to walk. There was also a Metro which was also near by. We enjoyed walking but our stay and will try to book this hotel when we go again.

This place was fantastic. The front desk staff were really nice and helpful. This is a great location within walking distance to the Old Towne. Room was as pictured and clean. Water was hot and had a lot of pressure. Front desk was nice enough to call for taxis, which was nice. Highly recommend. Neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking at night. Good restaurants, cafes and coffee shops nearby in the Old Towne. Price was good, too.

A very nice, inexpensive hotel. It’s not far from Old Town and there are several good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast is very good and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is also very friendly. I would stay here again and recommend it to others

The breakfast offered was diverse and extremely healthy in content. The staff printed documents we sent to the email. The cleaning staff did an excellent job on the room. In the bathroom, there was more than ample room on the side of the sink for. Razors, toothpaste, etc.. The shower worked well and the doors kept the floor dry

I recently stayed here for a few nights. The hotel itself was clean and the room was pretty large for a single room. The location in Praga was convenient, with very good public transport links (trams and a metro station within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel), and the staff that I encountered were polite and efficient. However, the room felt quite dated and basic for a 3-star hotel. The bed itself was comfortable enough, but only one small, very soft pillow was provided, with no spare available in the room, which made sleep less comfortable. There was also some constant background noise overnight. The bathroom was okay, but the water pressure from the shower could have been more powerful. I didn't have the breakfast, but hear it is a good offering and fairly reasonably priced too. Overall, it was a reasonable stay and fine as a base for exploring the city, but not particularly restful.

Room was clean and very spacious. We stayed on 5th floor so the room was quiet and we did not hear any street noises. The AC unit is quiet and can be adjusted. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you choose to have a breakfasts at the Hetman Hotel there is huge selection of items including eggs, meats, cheese, breads, pastries, salads. We enjoyed are 3 nights stay at Hetman Hotel.
