The reception staff were very pleasant and could all speak English well. They helped us with everything including candles for a birthday cake and a small medical question, but were most helpful in regards to transportation. The pool was very nice, but a little small and crowded. However, it was great for my daughter who had her sixth birthday party there. I told her we could go anywhere she wanted - the nearby castle, dinosaur park, or shopping. However, she just wanted to stay in the lovely pool. The area is pleasant and green with a very large and beautiful part nearby, but it is a little far from the trains and city center. However, taxi service to the city center is cheap and reliable. the breakfast was very good with a variety of fresh and delicious choices. It was one of the best deals for the money I have ever had.

Below are my experiences with this hotel
1- There was no refrigerator in the room.
2- There were no cooling appliances at the room.
3- Bad quality of drinking water in the water falter machine
4- Parking was not free
5- Swimming pool was small and crowded as others from outside of the hotel allowed to swim.
6- Very bad ventilation, due to high humidity rooms always had bad smell.
However, the breakfast was very good. There were many options and servers were responsive, friendly and they were very clean and nice.

Wir wurden vorab benachrichtigt, daß wir ein Zimmer mit getrennten Betten erhalten werden. Das war für uns auch iO. Das Zimmer entsprach dann aber nicht den Bildern bei Hotel com. Die Betten waren sehr schmal, wir hatten nur einen Stuhl in diesem merkwürdig eingerichteten Raum, der TV war eine Miniausgabe. Die Parkplätze waren kostenlos und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich.

Vi känner oss lite lurades med parkerings betalning. Vi körde ditt med två bilar .Vi har betalt 250 zloti.Vi hade haft fyra rum i hotelet under fem dagar. Frukosten är helt ok men behövs lite mer vargerings.
Det behöves mer aktiviteter i hotelet.Poolen är liten och vi förstått inte varför bastot var inte öppet samtidigt med simpolen.
Man betalar mycket pengar för att man koppla av på bäste sätt i hotelet.Vi spelade biljard men det fattades en boll.Bljard pinnarna var trasiga och behöves nya.
Vi tycker att alla aktiviteter måste var tillgengligt lätt för hotel gäster utan att man betala extra.Det var inte så där tyvärr.
Vi hoppas att vi ska känna oss mer nöjda till nästa bokning.

De passage pour raison familliale, cet hotel est plutôt au standard local que international. La construction est assez recente et deux options de parking se presente à vous (payant et fermé - ou gratuit)
Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais pourrait presenter des améliorations.
Un petit complexe de remise en forme est présent et indépendant de l'hôtel. Ouvert au public extérieur, ouvert que l'après-midi hormis le week-end, il peut être très fréquenté en soirée. Les vestiaires sont communs, pas de séparation homme / femme.
Attention pour ce qui est du personnel de l'hôtel, la pratique de l'anglais est peu répandu et pas forcément attentionné.

Hotel utrzymany w bardzo fajnym zabytkowym stylu. Basen na poziomie -1, bez fajerwerków ale do odpoczynku wystarczy. Bardzo blisko kręgielnia i park z mnóstwem przyrządów dla dzieci. Duży minus za wygłuszenie pokoi. Jak dzbany nocą drą się na korytarzu oraz pierwszy raz klamkę na oczy zobaczyli i nie wiedzą do czego służy, to wszystko w pokojach słychać

Das Hotel war schön im Grünen gelegen. Insgesamt war es sauber und das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend. Die Zimmer hätten etwas größer sein können, waren aber in Ordnung. Das Personal insgesamt war sehr freundlich. Würde für meine Reise nach Elblag auf jeden Fall wieder hier hin kommen.
