Nice hotel. There was an issue on arriving to my room. The AC worked, but no lights worked. I returned to the lobby and they wanted to send up maintenance. I suggested a different room because I didn't want to deal with maintenance. They changed my room and the new one was fine. Breakfast was very complete. Staff were friendly.

Big room with a nice and clean bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. I felt safe and it was quiet. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Hotel Ibis is located within walking distance to the old town. I highly recommend staying in this Ibis hotel.

Ibis Wroclaw Centrum was a good hotel. My only issue was the location next to the train tracks. I don't think the noise interrupted our sleep, but it did wake us early.
The room was bright, clean, upgraded. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance of the train station, and close to attractions.

great hotel for very reasonable price, loved the sparkling water dispensers by the lifts, there could have been more towels available. very clean and modern, well maintained. only issue was breakfast a bit overpriced and for the ibis it is in a different dining room and confusing to find as the restaurant at front is for novotel and not ibis, whilst the reception and lobby is common for both hotels (both are in the same building, novotel top floors and ibis bottom floors). as a result of this confusion I have missed out on the apple pie for breakfast when we got it (breakfast about 11gbp per person). the tram stop is just outside and that is very helpful for getting just about anywhere in the city
