Hotel was very clean. Restaurant staff friendly. Reception staff could have been more friendly. Swimming pool temperature was very cold as was the temperature of the pool area. Rooms were very clean however, were far too hot, no option to lower temperature. Was given fan which helped. Could not open window due to street noise.

The hotel had everything we could have asked for and was extremely family friendly with a play area for the kids in the lobby and a fantastic swimming pool.
The buffet breakfast was delicious and had so much choice. The hotel was warm and smelled amazing. The kids rated it a 5 star!
It was about a 20 minute walk from the hotel to the main square with lovely views out over the river. The underground parking was easy to use. Would recommend.

Rooms and lobby stylishly decorated, shame it's let down slightly by the amenities but it looked like they were being upgraded so perhaps they we just stayed there at the wrong time, didn't appear to match the rest of the hotel.

I loved the hotel and how easy is to access all the facilities such as pool restaurant etc
The place is just fantastic, the staff super helpful
The jacuzzi, sauna and pool a super bonus specially if you travel with children .
The food at the hotel is exquisite, breakfast has got a massive variety I have never seen before.
Close to the main landmarks and only short distance to the main square
Only negative thing, if any, the building outside the hotel but not a big bother in all honesty
