The hotel is beautiful. The lobby is great, and there's a nice coffee shop where you can work if needed. The on-site restaurant is great.

Fab hotel about 15 minutes walk from the main square. Lovely food and cocktails in the restaurant with very helpful staff. Nice room with gorgeous smelling shower products. We enjoyed the sauna, steam and spa area too plus a free yoga class. Gym is small but nice. We didn’t try the breakfast. Lots of nice areas to chill including a lovely atrium. Close to the water too and a shopping mall.

A really great hotel! Friendly service, fantastic breakfast, lovely room, very comfortable bed and great location. Lovely bakery/café inside too. One of the loveliest hotels we've stayed in.

Hotel is perfectly situated for trips for walks into Kazimierz, river, castle, Banksy museum and Old Town. Railway station is 5 mins walk with easy access to Salt Mines and Auschwitz, so no need to book tours through hotel, and you’ll save money. Bikes are also available through hotel. Hotel has two great restaurants and breakfast is exceptional! In foyer is free tea and coffee throughout the day. There’s a steam room, sauna, massage and gym downstairs. Rooms are very comfortable and everything is operated through an iPad. Only downside was a lack of wardrobe, but hanging is space is available, but it’s not ideal!

Hotel is very nice and clean really liked but the girl with glasses who work in restaurant at evening time on the date 17/02/2025 doesn’t listen Costemer order and she is very ignorant she act like she own hotel and looking at people from above. Deep note : car park is not free it’s around £20 a night

Where to start? PURO Kraków Kazimierz is exceptional, blending stylish design with thoughtful details. The ambiance is just as beautiful as in the photos. I loved the free coffee and the range of vegan breakfast options. The location is great, the pick-up point for my Auschwitz-Birkenau and Salt Mine tours was only five minutes away. It's a 25-minute walk to the old town and a short stroll to the charming Jewish Quarter - be sure to check out the nearby Sababa cocktail bar. It’s a perfect retreat from the more central tourist and shopping areas. The only downside of staying here is that you might be reluctant to leave and explore the city's attractions. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely book here again, but next time, I plan to allow more time in my itinerary to relax and enjoy the hotel. It deserves more time to be full experienced.

Excellent stay at Puro Kazimierz Hotel is great - location, food, atmosphere

The PURO hotels are quite special for their design and decor and I found myself both at home in the contemporary surrounds and inspired by some of the features. Coffee and other hot beverages are available constantly on a help yourself basis. The restaurant serves fresh made to order simple health comfort food options and has long opening hours making it convenient to eat around excursions. The location was quite a walk from the old town , along a main road, but there’s plenty to see in each direction so I looked at this as an advantage.Comfortable and well thought out bedrooms. I’d definitely stay in PURO hotels again and would search them out when visiting Polish cities as a reliable, restful, elegant hotel for a trip.

Would definitely recommend! Loved this hotel. The tram stop is just around the corner. The breakfast buffet was great!

Perfect!

The hotel was very close to the train line/station for the airport and also just round the corner from the tram stop. The desk team were extremely helpful, assisting us to buy tickets to attractions and giving options for transport. It was a good 20 min walk to the centre but we enjoyed the walk.

Loved it. Stayed with my wife for NYE celebrations. Easy to get around. Great dining in Kazimierz. Restaurant was lovely. Spa was excellent.
