Had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. If you’re thinking of staying here ask to stay on the riverside as there were building works on the other side when we were there. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to change rooms for us and responded quickly and thoughtfully with any issues we brought to them. The river/city views are stunning, and food in the restaurant is wonderful. The location is perfect. Everything in walking distance. We hold very fond memories of staying here.

An excellent stay at a very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good, but it can get very busy. The room and hotel was kept very clean, there always seemed to be domestic staff in the corridors. If I return to Gdansk I would be happy to stay here again.

This hotel is great and in a great location. We booked a superior queen room and sadly got a twin room, when asked to change, they just pushed the beds together. This was disappointing. There was no table or chairs in the room as in the pictures. The room wasn’t of a clean standard so we had to ask for cleaning the next day. Spa is good but very busy at times and needs to be booked in advance. Breakfast was good.

Location perfect, staff nice. Carpet in room quite stained but otherwise room was clean. Air conditioning didn’t work well so room was rather hot. Spa facilities were too busy to be enjoyable.

Worst holiday in recent memory. Staff unhelpful when I was unwell in bed, hotel unequipped to handle the amount of people staying, spa dirty, pool freezing, customer service non existent. Don’t stay here, there are surely better options in Gdańsk. We cut our holiday short and came home. This isn’t a high end hotel.

I stayed in a Superior Room, and it was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Gdańsk, just a short walk from the historic Old Town. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The room was well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea station. The only minor downside was that the view from my window wasn’t particularly remarkable, but this didn’t detract from the overall comfort.

Overall, it is a great hotel. The clean facilities are well maintained and the staff is generally friendly. The location of the hotel is very good. However, the noise control stated in the hotel description is not at all. Even though the window was closed, the noise as if it was open continues to be heard, and the room assigned by the hotel without prior notice was a room connected to the next room, so the noise from the next room can be heard without filtering. Other than that, it is a good hotel including the spa facility.

We stayed 3 nights. The first night the stay was fine albeit the room was tiny and overlooked another part of the hotel so had a lovely brick wall as a view. This was disappointing as we had paid to “upgrade” the room. Or so we thought. Don’t bother. The Friday night there was a wedding with music until 3am!!! We had no warnings this would be the case. The hotels solution was to bring us earplugs at 2am after we called down to complain. We then found out there was to be another wedding on the Saturday night but this time the noise would only be until 1am. I did not expect to come away for a relaxing spa weekend to be kept awake by the noise of a DJ. They moved out room for the Saturday night which did help with the sound but it wasn’t ideal as only had a few minutes on Saturday morning to switch. The spa area and pool you have to book timed slots to enter - I was not made aware of this when booking the hotel. On two of the days we were unable to book time in the pool anywhere near the time we wished so only ended up swimming on one day. One of the receptionist had a awful attitude - I asked for her name so I could reference her and our conversation about the complaint when I escalated it and she refused to give me her name and walked off. Do not book if you want a relaxing weekend away.

Location cannot be beat, restaurants galore nearby. Got a granary room with river view, don't waste your money. There are two huge concrete pillars in the middle of the room that make the usable space way small than it should be. Bed is comfy. And view isn't that great. Can't even see out the windows with the concrete pillars in the way

No facecloths in shower, only 1 cap. Metal door water protector beside shower is not properly attached. We ordered a queen bed, received 2 singles pushed together. With 2 single bedsheets. They didn't even try to cover the bed gap with a queen topper. Room is laid out for two single beds. When beds are a "queen" the power sockets are in the middle above the bed, meaning you are charging your electronics while they rest on a bed - would this be a fire hazard? In this configuration there are two lampshades hanging 2 feet above your head in the middle of the bed. Floor is stained in many, many places, the blackout curtain is hanging off at the top right corner. The white curtain is stained. We found a piece of broken sharp laminate from we presumed was the bedside table on the floor. Only one hot chocolate in a two-person room and the instant coffee option is awful. No bottled water in room - only a wet water container with a sticker on top. There is a lack of beer options at the hotel bar. Shower itself is nice, but the pressure could be better. Good sized TV, although it is old, not a smart TV, you cannot cast to it or stream anything. The bed mattresses are comfortable, and pillows are good. Quiet in room fridge. Room is nice and quiet, no noise from outside, unless window is open or from the hall. Provided shower toiletries are good. The AC makes the room very very dry, needs a humidifier. Spa staff were very helpful. Hotel was informed of all the above at check-in.

Excellent hotel with fantastic staff that did everything they could to make the stay perfect. Everything was good; cleanliness, room size, spa pool/sauna, breakfast. Location is very central just by the old city and nice restaurants everywhere. Couples long weekend but also good for families with children.

The listing on Hotels.com is nor transparent about access to the spa. There's a lot of hotels in Gdansk, the spa is one of the few features which sets this one apart, and is all over the photos and information on the listing. What's not clear is that the standard rooms incur an additional charge of 90zloty per person per day to use the spa! This is an outrageous fee, and we would have booked somewhere else if we had known. Either adjust the fees to cover the spa access for all rooms, or make it very clear that some don't have access. Lucky for us, Kamil checked us in and immediately sorted the issue in a professional and friendly way. The management have him to thank for this not being a very poor review. Other than that, the rooms are very small but it's a clean and well located hotel.
