Nice place , clean, friendly staff. Only inconvenience was no elevator. Walking 3 flights of stairs was bit challenging.

I cannot recommend this hotel. Although it was in a good location it was so basic that it was uncomfortable. The bed was terrible & the rug dirty & old. The electrical plugs were near the floor under a very small table attached to the wall. My husband had to lie on the floor to plug in all our electronics. The hooks in the VERY tiny bathroom were positioned so high & the towel rack so inaccessible that they were hard to use. The manager told me I should just throw them on the floor but when I did one day housekeeping never even came to our room. The only bright spots were the hot water, good shower pressure & the regular staff. On top of that they charged for breakfast.

The hotel was a bit of a walk from the main touristy places, but I actually really liked the location. The nearby restaurants and pedestrian street were great, and I was close to the metro. The room was small and simple but it had everything I needed, including a nice little balcony. The service was excellent and staff were quite helpful. The port tasting and breakfast were also delicious!

This hotel was amazing! From the moment we got there until we left. Much more than expected. The gentleman in reception (Nuno) was so nice and helped us with everything. From where to go, where to eat, shuttle to the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would love to go back and I will 100% recommend to family and friends.

This is a wonderful property but it is in the middle of the city! Some of the pictures may lead to believe it has a calm, relaxed outside area; not the case, but a delightful property. It has a great location to fabulous restaurants and activities. Perfect boutique hotel!

The man at reception was very friendly and always asked how we were and did we need any help or advice. Made us feel welcome.
Good location, two min walk to main shopping street and metro station from airport. Good location overall for sights.
Baggage store on morning of departure.
Room was quite cold but was fine once air conditioning was whacked up.
