Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Close to transportation. My room was quiet and very clean. Walkable to the places I want to see. It exceeds my expectation. I'll stay here again if I go back to Lisbon.

We wish we could say 4.5. The hotel was very good. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good. Location was very convenient for us
We did not give this hotel a 5 star because even after repeated efforts to fix and offers to switch rooms, the bathroom in our room gave off a urine smell.
Breakfast was very good especially the garlic mushrooms with the eggs but all the juices were watery and they need 2 coffee ☕️ machines for the number of guests.

Extremely friendly efficient helpful Hotel team members. Incredible location with easy access to transport, all tourist attractions with incredible River Douro & Bridge Views! Lovely bright airy Breakfast Room and excellent continental breakfast, Sealed Gluten-Free bread rolls 1st class and particularly important for my wife’s coeliac requirements! Pillows excellent quality but too soft!

Clean, nice sized room, updated decor
Only concerns were that outlets tended to spark and bathroom was separated from bedroom by a frosted glass divider and no fan in the bathroom. Not as private as preferred, but overall nice stay, great location and decent breakfast

Was onlynl here for 1 night. It was decent. My only complaint is that the coffee macgine was spoilt for breakfast. Cappucino and latte had no milk. Was just black coffee
