The room was clean and tidy, it was small but perfect for what we needed which was a comfy and clean bed to sleep in. Sharing a bathroom was not bad at all, we only shared with one other room. We never saw them even use the bathroom. It was extremely clean for being a shared bathroom. The shower was small but to be expected. Overall our stay was great! Easy to check in and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood walking distance from Belem.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very small and was clean but the windows and the sanitary equipment would need a craftsman.

Clean, convenient location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, and the airport shuffle service is an amazing bonus.

The room met our expecttions : clean, beautiful view, with to , AC, hot water and even coffee machine. Good deal !

The single bed I stayed in appeared to be infested with fleas or bed bugs as I was covered in bites. Also I only knew of tourist tax when I purchased breakfast and had to pay for all three of my party for the two nights we stayed.

You need to fix the shower door so water doesn’t flood the floor. Replace the water when the bottle is empty. Stairs are dangerous to carry any luggage up to the third floor. Paid too much money for a mousetrap.

The property location is good. The room was too choky. Navigating the narrow staircases with luggages was quite distressing.

First it is necessary to clarify The Bridge is a Hostel not a Hotel. I chose this place for the closeness of my Congress , located in Centro Cultural de Belem, gave me the opportunity to go there walking. The room was clean, small private bath, air conditioner, wifi and TV, enough for me. The only thing I missed was having 24 hours concerge, something you have in all hotels , considering it was my first time in Lisboa and I needed a source of information. The breakfast was reasonable but very limited time. The bridge fit to my Congress attendance.

Overall was quite good, but mattress too soft and slightly damp smell.

There is mold all over that’s been painted over, I’m sensitive to black mold and it’s quite scary so that made me feel uneasy. The back patio area was cute but huge crack in window. AC and tv was nice. None of the lights in bathroom would work so would use in the dark. Shower was good. Bed was clean. Door to hotel wonky won’t open all the way and slams shut hard. If you have the room next to kitchen might hear noises in the morning. Also far away from main tourist stuff and the pictures on the site did not really match the place.

Totally unmanned self-service system. It is okay for the stay. More communications about check-out procedure should be provided in advance.

GARBAGE PLACE

My disappointment is not for the hostel itself. The Bridge is a very neat hostel, with a good bedroom, good breakfast, and good location. My disappointment is for those 4 women who stayed this hostel on March 31. This hostel is no smoking, not they just smoked, drank, and talked loudly at the 1F balcony until 2 am. Shame on these 4 women!

Cheap! If you need a simple room in central Lisbon, this place is fantastic. I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. It was minimal, but again, very affordable.

I would not want to stay here again simply because it wasn’t the cleanest place to stay first of all we shared a bathroom with another room and they were not very clean to say the least! The shower room would get flooded whenever one of us took a shower and it stank of mould and the bathroom sink was blocked so each time I used it I had to be careful to not let the water overspill. The staff were very sweet and helpful especially José we will miss him very much the breakfast was warm croissants and bread rolls with butter and jams there was also cereal available and tea and coffee with some fruit. The bed was very comfortable but the room was very small I had to climb over the bed to get to the other side which was hilarious but definetly not practical.
