They were extremely friendly and helpful stuff even let me borrow a Sun umbrella for the beach. Nice area if you wanna get away from the hustle and bustle and relax for a little while theres bars on the beach very nice place and location.

Convenient location and clean, comfortable hotel. A bit noisy at night. All the rules were a little over the top (asking guests to not be in their rooms from 10-3, no food or drinks in rooms, etc.)

Long wait at check in to provide code to access my room. No cup in room to drink from& when I asked you would have thought I was asking for a full dinner service. Breakfast very basic. Staff unfriendly. Room not particularly clean. Shower not great. Probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. And they didnt even ask me how my stay was when I checked out.

The elevator wasn't working when we got there. My wife does not do well with stairs. No shower matt, no cups in the bathroom, no phone in the room, sliding door did not lock. It too high priced for a 2 star hotel. I didn't check how many stars before booking. Thought it would have been ranked higher for the price I paid. Would not stay there again, would not recommend.

The staff here are extremely friendly and accommodating. This location is perfect if you want to be close to the water for surfing or walks on the beach. At this location you are close enough to city to commute or drive in, but far enough to enjoy the quiet of suburbia. I was there during slow season but I'm sure during peak season the hotel’s events and happy hours would have more attendance.

I enjoyed my first stay here so much that I came back 2 weeks later. This is a sweet little beach hotel walking distance to the beach. My only frustration was some street noise in the room through the windows but after 10pm there is very little traffic.
Breakfast was great and fresh with the fun added bonus of a crepe machine.
The only frustration is that in order to get from the hotel to major events in Lisbon is 2 hours of public transportation or the use of Uber Bolt or other ride service. These rides depending on the traffic level can be much longer than the app says. Don't let it discourage you from coming here as the rides to WOT from Lisbon were still only about 12E plus tip. Its just something to plan ahead for if you have tickets to see shows in the city.
I loved the laid back vibe of the community and the sweet little shops with souvenirs as well as restaurants to enjoy traditional Portuguese food or even some Indian food.

The staff were friendly, helpful and amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The only downfall is the bathroom shower is very tiny. The breakfast was good and plentiful with lots of seating. Love the many restaurants around the town square and boardwalk. Also loved that it is about a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach where you could watch the surfers.

Had a wonderful week with the family at this hotel. A short walking distance from the beach, very friendly staff, decent continental buffet breakfast and the kids loved the bunk beds. Overall excellent value. Absolute highlight was the Halloween Party with the staff! Highly recommended.

Cheaply made old hotel conversion, with visible signs of wear and tear. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast for the hotel category. Room was worn down with a shower rail dismantled to pieces as soon as you try to adjust it. All hangers were probably stolen rendering the wardrobe useless. Toilet paper piled up as a tower as holder not there. Mould and hair in the shower tray. Sand in the bedroom floor. Paper thin doors, which don’t go well with noisy folks on the corridors. I could keep going. I mentioned some positives at the beginning and would like to add as well that the decorations were done with good taste, like the room furniture and the lobby area. Convenient location close to the town centre and beaches. I won’t stay again as it’s too expensive for what it offers.

Property is very old. The shower was tiny and very old. The bathroom was old. They have tried to make the room nicer but it’s old. It was fine for a night and staff and breakfast were fantastic but the property just needs a good renovation.
