Excellent location in downtown Charlotte Amalie. The staff went out of their way to make my feel comfortable & welcome. There's a beautiful pool area & the on-site restaurant was perfect. Nice views from the hotel. You can walk everywhere including down to the harbor or over to the marina. Plenty of dining options in the vicinity including bars & restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant is magnificent! The bartender was very friendly and made excellent cocktails. We had a very nice day and we will definitely return.

Budget friendly and convenient, just wish the TV worked in one of the bedrooms. some lamps were broken but can't complain for a two bedroom stay for 180!

close to a lot but abandon buildings all around. parking tough. staff great outside space good but rooms need updating and more electric to charge phone. tile and outside patio above crumbling. restaurant and breakfast good. staff made it great. very helpful and welcoming

Perhaps other rooms on the property are well-maintained but ours was in a poor state of disrepair. Corroded light fixtures, bulging wall tiles, unpainted plaster patchwork, chipped and cracked floor tiles, unfunctioning appliances, filthy side chair, mold/mildew wall stains, dripping shower head, bulb-less table lamp and scarred, de-silvered bathroom mirror.

The staff was lovely and very helpful. The cost of the room was great but it turned out to be very, very basic with soft beds not the best for the back. The lights from poolside shone in the windows. The eggs and bacon breakfast was great. If you're happy with a 2-3 start hotel, you'll be fine with this.
