El San Geronimo Hotel

Easy to get to, also in an area that is accessible.

Was assigned a room that had a very noisy machine just outside the window. I don't understand how they would rent a room that would be impossible for any guest to have a nice and quiet sleep. The room was also not as pictured when I made the reservation. Very basic, the bathroom was not very clean and it was just not inviting at all.

Nice rooms, in a great area. Fairly close to everything.

Erica, at front desk, was EXCELLENT. Attentive, and informative. She payed attention to our concerns, especially after having to book last minute. Erica was communicative, funny and an overall enjoyable person. The luxury room was exactly that, luxurious. I loved taking pictures in the big floor mirror while also waking up to beautiful views.

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review.. the “hold” they placed on my card was “accidentally “ charged and after contacting them and waiting weeks they still haven’t done anything to fix it. Staff under qualified for the “mistake” .

The receptionist was the nicest, sweetest woman and she helped out a lot. The room was clean and is located in a good area.

The room had a terrible noice coming out the window, sounded like an AC compressor, I count’t sleep at all

A very nice little hotel. Staff was ver friendly and helpful with customers requests! Had a great time. Great location.

Stayed outside for at least half an hour because the code from the front door didn’t work, called the number that they have on the door and no answer. I have to wait from another gest to head outside for me to go back to my room

Good place to stay

Overall, a nice place to stay, although there are no amenities. The hotel is also going through a rebranding. The room at least where I stayed. Looked clean and modern although when you look close, you can tell they still need to work on craftsmanship. It took a while for the shower to reach warm hot temperature but overall a very stylish and neat clean bathroo. All the staff at the front desk were very friendly and actually from the moment I checked in remembered my name.

It’s not the ideal place to the port, not many places to eat at. There are walking paths, close to park and beach.

Easy check in -out. Very close to nice places

This property is close to the cruise terminal and great for overnight stop. We shared a room with our friends and it was a good sized room for the 4 of us.

Very spacious room. Clean. Near big Hilton, snorkeling, and beach. Great place to be on the island of old San Juan, but close to the exit. Coffee shops right outside of the front door. Felt very safe, quiet, and clean. Uber pickup in a couple of minutes.
