I celebrated my 50th bday at this restaurant and I'm over the moon satisfied!! It’s the perfect location, the junior suite view of the ocean was perfect, the spa was Amazing, and the private dinner on the beach was one for the books!! I can’t wait to go back.

This was a birthday trip for my fiancé. When we arrived the hotel provided us with a complementary bottle of champagne and a small birthday cake( it was so delicious). The hotel was very beautiful and clean. The amenities were wonderful, just missing a microwave to heat up left overs. Restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area were expensive so it would have been nice to be able to heat up left over food to save money. The staff were very friendly, making us feel comfortable and at home. The manager of Fitness and Wellness has the sweetest soul. She is so passionate and knowledgeable about her craft , she went above and beyond to teach us some exercises and techniques for our body type, helping to guide us back on track to getting healthy again.
The hotel felt like a home away from home. As first time visitors to San Juan, we hit the jackpot. I would give them a 9.99/10 ( just need microwaves)

We had an amazing stay at La Concha Hotel! The rooms were clean, quiet, and beautifully updated spacious with a modern look. From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and took the time to walk us through all the amenities available.
What really made our stay special was the thoughtful birthday surprise waiting in our room when we returned such a kind and personal touch that meant a lot. It’s clear the staff truly cares about guest experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a little extra hospitality!

A pair of expensive jeans (Lucky Brand) was taken from my room. The jeans were in a paper bag on the floor near the desk. Housekeeping may have thought the bag was trash. I know mistakes happen. I reported it to the front desk and they said they would call housekeeping. I never heard back. I discussed the issue with the front desk when I checked out. No compensation was offered.

There was excessive noise from construction activities. This noise, including banging, beeping, hammering, drilling was constant and severe, severely impacting the ability to rest and enjoy the stay. The noise was particularly disruptive during early mornings, late evenings and causing me to have headaches. The noise made it difficult to sleep. This was especially concerning as the purpose of the stay was to relax for my birthday.
As I needed time to get away due to being overworked and not taking time to fully relax.
Furthermore, there was a malfunction with the elevators, which stopped unexpectedly, doors wouldn't open properly on the first day we arrived. Causing us to be stuck in the elevator 3 times.

Beware of extra charges on your bill. Make sure you check you bill when you check out and after you get home. I had charges on my bill for the lounge bar that were not mine. 3 days after i got home they billed my card an additional $121.53. I called to find out why and they said it was an accounting mistake and would refund within 5 day. We had issues with elevators not working and they keep the stairs locked. Would not return. Not worth the price.

First Time in PR, spoke to a few PR’s before booking this hotel. All good feedback. Room was nice, the view of the Ocean was as expected. The A/C unit was set no lower than 68, that was an issue at times, glad we didn’t spend much time in the room.
Hospitality and the Professionalism of the staff was great. The only cons were the sports bar and the night club are seperate identities from the Hotel. Sports Bar had a cover charge of $50 to watch the NBA finals.
Location was great on the beach and plenty restaurants near by in walking distance.
Yes I do recommend this Hotel and will book here again

If I could give them 0 stars I would. It was not worth the money we paid to stay. From the 1st day til the last there was construction going on every where in the hotel, noise, equipment, dust. By the pool they were fixing the balconies & making so much noise & there was dust and debris. Front of the hotel is pretty open to the public & random homeless ppl would walk up and sit in front of the hotel asking for money, no security nothing to make you feel safe. Have to sit there & wait for your car/family in that environment. They have casino in the hotel and random ppl are coming in and out & again no safety/security. On my 2nd day there I was going up to my room & got stuck on the elevator for a few and then finally got off of that one & got on another one & a man got on & got of on the 3rd fl with me & was following behind me asking me if I was gambling and if I wanted to go smoke weed with him, I said no Im married my husband was coming up in a few so basically leave me alone & he kept insisting he was obviously drunk. I was very concerned for my safety because the whole time he was behind me, I was afraid he was gonna push his way into my room. Nxt day went & made a complaint with the front & spoke with head of security about it & the elevator situation & I filled a complaint and we asked if they had cameras in the hallways & they said no. Nothing was ever done. Not worth the money or stay, beware! False advertisement! Not safe!
