Booking accommodation was misleading We booked room for 4 people-room described on Expedia stated sleeps4 when we got there there was only 1 king size bed- ended up costing 550 more when we asked booking description said sleeps 4 why is there only 1 bed they said they had sofa bed which wasn’t big enough for 2 and hadn’t been prepared for our booking- we ended up having to pay£550.00 for another room- we raised this with Expedia who were supposed to sort it but that never happened- out of pocket before we got there

The rooms are very spacious.

The hotel room was really nice. It was very spacious. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed anything, we would call the reception and someone would be up to assist us in less than 2 minutes. It was a very clean hotel room and there was no sign of mould or dirt. The hotel’s food was excellent and was in a comfortable environment.

Such a beautiful hotel. My friends and I loved our suite, it was perfect for a group of five. The staff were also so kind. A special shout out to Iman, she went out of her way to help us on so many occasions.

The hotel is nice and so are the staff. Everything worked great and you can tell they take care of the hotel and the people. A couple of things that shocked me were the cleanliness of the washroom (when we checked in the toilet was dirty like someone had just used it, and the glasses at the washroom sink we’re supposed to use to gargle looked dirty too). Water pressure in the showers are great! But the shower door leaks onto the washroom floor. Lastly, there was no toilet paper or towels in the 2nd washroom which was odd. Lastly, cleaning staff rinsed dishes that were in the sink with water and put them back with clean dishes. They still had our lipstick marks on them. I thought that was odd. Oh.. and one more thing.. at 11:30pm at night there were kids running around the hotel ringing the room doorbells and running. They woke us up 3 times. When we called reception for help, the guy on the phone asked us if it was OUR kids who were doing that! I mean, why would we call reception for help to tell them our kids were running around the hotel ringing door bells?! I felt like they didn’t take the situation seriously. Otherwise, when we asked staff for anything else they were prompt and helpful. The food from room service was delicious and plentiful. The views from the room were spectacular and we really loved the proximity of this hotel to everything.

Excellent location, great facility & lovely staff.

Check in with Arif Who was so nice and accommodating he greeted us for the smile and everything was super smooth. Suite was extremely speciouse for four of us. Specially the living room and the kitchen. maid room was fully equipped The two rooms where species and fully equipped as well unfortunately no bathrobes in the bathrooms. TV channels where with very good variety. AC system was perfect. Beds were comfortable unfortunately there is no verity of pillows. My suggestion is to offer more than one kind of pillows for guests. rooms are soundproof nicely but unfortunately, the dog in the nearby suite was too loud other than that was fine. Location is OK in the middle of the center Housekeeping was doing an extremely great job all over our two nights stay Unfortunately, though the staff in the coffee shop in the ground floor was almost not there, which was a little bit annoying if you need to grab a snack or a coffee. I would definitely return back thank you very much..
