Great Hotel worthy of it's 5 star rating, great layout, good food, extremely clean, fabulous spacious rooms, all the staff very polite and professional, short trip to Tunis centre, will definitely go back, excellent value for money, would highly recommend.

Everything was so perfect. The personnel are so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Rooms are modern and comfortable. We had delicious meals from the restaurants and the spa is so relaxing.

Not the best arrival experience. Lots of security due to some VIP’s, felt like second tier at best guest. Received Iron that stained my shorts however they cleaned after requesting for new iron. After cleaning the room housekeeping forgot to replace towels. Throughout the stay did not feel we were treated like some other guests!

That was a good stay and since the checkin everything was great and everyone is welcoming and friendly.
The only negative point is that when ordering a room service it took 1h to arrive.

The property was ok, but rooms not clean as well as bed smelled bad and very old. This was my experience, first room wasn’t clean and towels were not clean, they moved me to another room and for me it wasn’t clean.
