First, great location near park and Prague 7, a locals favorite. Nice receptionist. Room was ok but the bed was so soft you literally sink in like a foot.. woke up with a back ache. Smoke was coming into my room from the outside patio, so no fresh air from the park for me. Breakfast was bland - especially the coffee, i'd avoid drinking it all together. For the price you can get a lot better, maybe not Prague is tough .. hotels don't do improvements.

Great property located in Letna area of Praha (Prague) near the park and lots of cozy neighborhood pubs and cafes. Property has a nice backyard where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea or just have a relaxed time (weather depended). Been staying here for number of years and will do so again.

It's a well maintained hotel which is kept very clean. Its position is a little out of Prague's centre but you can walk in and out through a pleasant park. Allow 40 mins. Otherwise there is plenty of public transport. Breakfast was fine. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. There aren't many restaurants close by but 'The Farm' is just around the corner and is really good and inexpensive.

THE HOTEL IS CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, AND QUIET. THE BEDS WERE AMAZING! IT IS A LITTLE TOO QUIET, QUITE FAR AWAY FROM TOWN. WE DIDN'T MIND THE WALK, BUT IT WAS OUT OF THE WAY IF WE WANTED TO JUST POP BACK TO THE HOTEL FOR A MIDDAY REST, AND THEN HEAD BACK INTO TOWN FOR DINNER. THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS HELPFUL, AS I NEEDED TO MAKE SOME PHONE CALLS TO TRY TO FIND A PLACE THAT WOULD MAKE EYEGLASSES IN A HURRY. SHE WAS EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING AND NICE! THERE IS A LIFT, BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO CARRY SUITCASES UP A HALF FLOOR, SO BEWARE. IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT BEING IN THE CENTER OF TOWN THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!

We booked this hotel in January for a 4 night stay from 14th June only to arrive and be told there was no room for us for the 1st night :(. We researched long and hard for the Art Hotel all for nothing. Many of the reviews mentioned how friendly the staff were but they were not friendly to us. We were sent by taxi to their sister hotel in a different area. This was a lucky escape as the staff at Casa Marcello were wonderful and we decided not to go back to the Art Hotel for the rest of our stay. What we would like to know is why we moved without any apology or contact beforehand??? I would advise to stay clear of the Art Hotel and book Casa Marcello as it is much nearer all the attractions and the staff are much more friendly.

This was our second stay at Art Hotel Prague.This hotel is clean, quiet, pleasantly appointed, most of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed is very good. The location is excellent because you can get anywhere in Prague by public transportation. The breakfasts are very good. Unfortunately, we had a smaller room this time and it took several days to get used to it. There were some small maintenance issues: lamps failing a few times; shower head was clogged.

The Art Hotel is a very simple and inexpensive hotel. The bed was really comfortable. There are no toiletries so make sure you bring your own shampoo, condition, lotion and toothbrush. There is very little in way of service and there is no handicap access. It was serviceable and for the price, it was fine. I would not return for a future stay. The hotel was chosen for its proximity to the person I was visiting. It is not in walking distance to Prague’s Old Town. It is in walking distance to a beautiful and huge park and near many embassies.
