Beautiful hotel and good location! Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Would definitely stay here again!

Multumesc pentru tot. Hotelul a suferit o renovare bună, am fost o dată acolo și mi-a plăcut și acum chiar mai mult. Mic dejun bun și oameni grozavi de servicii. Multumesc mult lui Andrey😊

We paid for a suite and the amenities just were not there, especially the basics. No shower curtain, no kettle (but there were cups and tea service items), missing a chair and a trash can. (Traveled with a friend who had another suite.) AC didnt work properly. Location not quite as central as it was described to be. Breakfast and staff were lovely. Hotel not 5 star, closer to 2.5 star.

The hotel was clean and fairly quiet. It was 15 mins walk from old town, and felt safe. It was clean and had toiletries. The WiFi was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was good value for money, not luxurious but basic and clean which was what we wanted.

Place is nice, We've booked a suite on the 4th floor, Nice and peaceful, but I must say you need to have a shower curtains for the bathtub, It was absolute disaster in the bathroom without this, also a little bin in the room can be quite handy, we only had one in the bathroom. Would I stay there again.? YES I will, but please sort out the bathroom shower curtains. Staff is friendly. I'd have given 5 stars if above 2 can be sorted.

The bedroom I stayed at had bedbugs infestation. I was bitten all night, also they had no heating facilitation.

Great location. Within walking distance of main attractions, approx 10 minutes. Staff were polite but didn’t offer any tourist or sightseeing advice. Breakfast was plentiful but a strange mix of food options.
Room was clean and tidy however there was a strong smell of sewage which didn’t really go away. Walls were paper thin and there was a lot of corridor noise. Our room was an adjoining room and unfortunately we could hear everything the next door room was doing and saying.
Bucharest is a lovely city and well looked after. This hotel is ideal if you are just using it as a base to explore.

There is no parking included, just a lot right next to hotel for free if you’re lucky to find a spot and not be trapped in. There is plenty of paid spots around though. The room still had a used coffee mug from previous guest in the room. However I felt comfortable sleeping in the bed was made and bathrooms were sanitized.
I only stayed for one night and was an average stay. Breakfast was included and very good and staff were very nice and helpful!

Very helpful staff on the front desk. Handy location - around a fifteen minute walk to Old Town and University Square. Trolleybus stop outside. Five minutes walk to Izvor metro station. Location is fine, though not in the centre of things. The hotel itself has some nice touches that hark back to Romania's past. I would stay there again for sure.
