Crowne Plaza MADINAH by IHG, an IHG Hotel

This hotel is very close to Khaba

The overall experience is average considering the cost for the stay. The property is outdated and smells like smoke when we have specifically asked for a non smoking room for allergy reason. We had to request for the room to be cleaned on a daily basis even though we used the available option at the door asking for house keeping. The shower curtain is ripped and water was seeping out. The towels are old and some had rust on them. Bath towels are weird sizes. The sink was clogged and we had to request 3 times for them to send some one to fix. Thanks to the concierge manager, his name was Mohammad, a very friendly gentleman that spoke English well and some Arabic; he was very helpful, social and wanted to offer help. He was one of the good experience we had at the hotel. The food option at the hotel is expensive. We did not eat at the hotel so I can't comment on the quality. One good thing about the hotel, it is few steps away from Al Masjid Alnabawiyy Alshareef which made us over look so many other negatives and enjoyed to be that close.

Everything was good and Jihan was wonderful and was attentive to my needs and have a great smile too the only thing is missing is ice inside the room and it was no room service menu inside my room

Everything was better than what I expected

My room was outdated. Whatever cleaning solution they used they used way too much to mask an odor. Blankets and linen were rough. All staff were pleasant to deal with and friendly. I just think that specific Crowne Plaza needs updating. Great location, steps away from Masjid Nabawi.

I was very disappointed that I ordered a double bedroom and I’m given a triple bed I did not request this hotel said no other rooms available . I then didn’t get no room cleaned through out my whole stay . Had to ask for fresh towels . Bathroom condition is disgusting mould in the side of shower area. Not spacious enough as 3 beds took all the space . Had to ask for fresh water nothing felt like we was guest . Poor service poor condition of room poor experience all in all not happy at all

The hotel was ok, they missed cleaning the rooms sometimes, the location is perfect, what made the hotel 6 star is as Mr Mohamad Nour, who was very kind and helped us a lot with every single difficulty and made our stay perfect.

we like the service , food , Friendly staff. close distance to Masjid (Rawda side) far for women side so a shuttle service is a blessing , room carpets and hallway areas need a change busy hotel making lot of money specially in Ramadan and Hajj so they can spend some to improve it . Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A nice hotel. The best part was the location at the Prophet's Mosque and across from a mall. The convenience of its location made all the difference.
