Best customer Service and room service. Shuttle was not available all the time. The room need to have microwave just to warm up the food. Or it will be necessary to heat your food.

Excellent hotel; I have been going there for the last 3 years and enjoyed my stay because of the cleanness of the rooms and the comfort due to spacious rooms and bathrooms. The restaurant provides excellent buffet, although is slightly pricey, but good varieties of food is provided. The only negative side of staying here is the transportations from to Haram. Also, drivers are not following the rules of only carrying hotel guests, but rather they allow their relatives to get into the bus and forced hotels guests to stand in the bus while their relatives are occupying seats and imposing several stops before the final destination, which is causing delay and making hotel guests uncomfortable. Management needs to look into such practice mainly done by the drivers!

Great place close to Haram with family.

"Actually, staying at this hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life, and I've traveled all around the world, which forced me to leave the hotel after one day and didn't complete the second paid day for the following reasons: 1. It took a whole hour standing in the hotel reception line just to register and check-in. 2. The staff are extremely exhausted from the workload with not enough staff to match the number of guests. 3. I booked a suite, and in this hotel's concept, a suite is two separate rooms, one is a living room and the other is a bedroom... So, you can't really benefit from staying in a suite, it would have been better if they didn't have suites at all. 4. The bathroom design is very poor, causing water from the shower to stay in the bathroom and sometimes flood into the rooms. 5. The breakfast is not of high quality, and setting up the tables for guests is slow. 6. The parking is full, and outside the hotel, there are no parking spots, so you're always forced to stay in the car searching for a spot. 7. You don't feel that the hotel staff are well-trained, you don't find an answer from one staff member and they send you to another, and so on... Of course, the staff needs training. 8. Luggage drop-off and pickup is very slow. 9. There are some staff members like Sultan and Shaykha, and some hotel staff who have the willingness to help, but you can't give what you don't have."

Very good hotel but location is not as good as expected

I liked the regular 30 mins shuttle bus to the haram. The rooms are spacious for 3 people and the beds are super soft to sleep on. They have a lot of amenities such as restaurants and coffee shops within the hotel. However, since I came during Ramadan only a food buffet was available still good. One thing to criticise would be ensuring if you book two rooms that they would be next to each other or even just on the same floor. This happened and they kept on saying come back tomorrow and you will get the room next to your family. Day two I just gave up asking to change rooms because one staff member was say yes then the next would say no.

Despite making prior request for an early check-in after a long flight from Canada, your hotel staff were terrible at the reception. They denied me early checkin and told me to just come back later.

Upon arrival I was expecting to find an airport shuttle as advertised on Expedia, and it was actually the only criteria of selection I used to choose this hotel, few days prior to my arrival I tried reaching out the hotel both by email and WhatsApp to ask for details and confirmation, and never got any reply . I have spent an extra 250SR for the taxi , the advertisement on your website showing there s a shuttle provided is false and deceitful. Please rectify it the hotel had only one place for breaking fast and no F&B is around with immediate access. Taxis are very difficult to find .Thanks

The transportation was convenient except on my last day. The buses did not return to the hotel and we were asked to take a taxi. But overall good experience. will stay here again.

No one ever answered the phone. Not reception, room service etc. Also the location isn’t great. It’s in the middle of nowhere and there’s nothing to eat around. Plus the bus drops you off at Marwa, which is the side of the masjid that has no stores either. So the only convenient place to eat is the hotel, which becomes prohibitively expensive. Book a hotel on the north side of the masjid. More worth the money.
