very nice customer service and very clean room

Very noisy for a good while just after 12 there what seemed like a coach full of Irish people talking loud and up and down the corridor they must of all been on same level unfortunately for a good hour not good when we were up at half 2 to go to airport

This hotel was very conveniently located to Glasgow airport. It is just a 10 minute walk. The property was well maintained and clean.

Only stayed 1 night after long flight, staff very helpful,room was well laid out with all i needed.

Mark on reception was amazing, I had a little problem on my second night and he resolved everything quickly and efficiently. Large comfy bed. Spotless bathroom. The restaurant was fab good fresh food. Fantastic breakfast.

The room.was in great shape. The staff was helpful and a noon checkout was good since i arrived late.

Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff and walkable from airport

It was ok, nice and quiet hotel, comfortable beds, rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Parking charge is a rip off, Glasgow airport is a rip off for cars in general so shouldn’t be surprised. But don’t believe guests should have to pay to park, £15 a night it cost no matter how many nights you stay. I had to ask to move rooms as first room one of the beds could not be slept in and should probably be replaced but I was moved straight away and just down the hall so no issues. The pillows are mixed, I had a couple with feathers and couple not and when I asked them to remove and replace feather pillows they could not do this until next day, luckily my mum who is allergic to feathers was not staying with me the first night so not an issue but for an airport hotel to have no housekeeping or way to swap out pillows at half 6 at night is pretty poor. I personally did not eat in the restaurant, didn’t think downstairs smelt very good, very fishy smelling so I was put off but it didn’t seem to put others off so this is just my personal opinion. Another thing to mention, they have a sign up to reuse your towels and were to hang, I was happy enough to do this and hung my towel there but it was changed every day which I’m not sure the point of having sign if it’s ignored. I probably would stay again as was nice enough but they could improve in areas.

Bed is a bit small tbh. And a bit too soft. Otherwise everything is good.

Clean hotel. Curtains had holes and tears in them which light come through early on the morning. Fridge didnt get cold. Pillows were lumpy.Little dissappinted as it was a little mini honeymoon break.

Good, clean hotel, less than 10min walk to the airport!

It was a short walk from the airport. Transportation, Restaurants and shops are available at the airport. The quiet was amazing especially since this hotel is right at the airport. We were on vacation but this hotel would be convenient for business.

Directions from airport would be good

Expect for the VERY SLOW restaurant the place was perfect.
