The stay was excellent. The staff was friendly, the room clean and comfortable and breakfast was amazing. We also found the location perfect!

Check in was flawless. The receptionist Yazmin was wonderful. Found my old IHG Priority number and added it to my reservation. That entitled me to late check out which was great. Parking is across the street in a huge open air NCP. I was a little concerned, but it seems to have good lighting and CCTV. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Staff in general were all excellent. There was a brief moment of panic at noon when the fire alarm went off, but it was quickly silenced. Bedding was crisp and fresh. Great sized shower. All in all an excellent stay.

This was a nice hotel for the purpose it served, a little small for our family of four.
Staff was not as nice as many scotts I have met in my teip, but it was ok. Breakfast was okay, enough to get you started

Staff didn't tell us about heat/ac controls for the rooms downstairs. So when we changed the temperature to 17C and fan on high it never cooled. When we reported it thats when they told us we should have called downstairs.

Reasonable for a city centre hotel. Car park is NCPover the road, so a little difficult if you have a number of bags.

I like that it was in the center of everything was really close to the subway station and a bus stop. There was an elevator the hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was very clean. Just dated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is not in the most exciting part of town. The streets and sidewalks weren’t as clean as other towns in Scotland. Breakfast was good and included.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast that's included as well as a menu with toasties (my new fave food!) Soft drinks and a small bar are available. At another place now for triple the price in another city and their toasties don't hold a candle to them. Beds were firm, and soft and firm pillow provided. The Scotia, oldest pub in Glasgow, was at end of the block. Very enjoyable stay!

Brilliant hotel well deserving of all the good reviews it has received. Everywhere clean, modern and comfortable and all the staff we met were friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet included a good selection of hot and cold food and we also enjoyed evening meals (lasagne and Thai curry).
We liked the proximity to the river, Glasgow green and plenty of pubs and places to eat and felt that it was a safe area. It was a good central location for exploring.
This hotel is great value and we will definitely return next time we visit Glasgow.
