Great stay. Easy check in, spacious and clean room. Bathrooms could probably do with being updated, the shower screen leaked and the shower dripped constantly but didn’t affect our stay at all.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is about a 20 min walk to the Royal Mile which worked well for us. Very convenient to Haymarket station, and there are restaurants close to the hotel to choose from. However, the hotel restaurant was quite good, and the buffet breakfast was excellent! I think the only negative was that despite putting the towels on the wall hooks to indicate they didn't need changing, after the first day we received new towels each day. It is a small thing, but they advertise being environmentally friendly and had the info posted in the bathroom about how to indicate your towels don't need changing.... Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again!

The hotel is good, like their green initiative. But it needs renovation as already wear off and a bit old. But enjoyed our stay. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Everything is clean. Breakfast is good. Location is perfect. You can reach Everything by foot, which is the best.

Leonardo Hotel was great. They took our luggage in before we checked in because we arrived 3 hours before checkin. They were very kind, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great! Upgrade to pay for the breakfast! It was well worth it!!! We would absolutely stay here again even if it took 18 minutes to walk to the hop-on, hop-off bus closest to the hotel.

Room was comfortable. Had some plumbing issues that were promptly fixed. Bathroom was not overly clean. When room was freshened no towels were left, had to call front desk. Hotel is located a bit out of the action so long walks to get anywhere

This was a very nice hotel, to me. Check-in was easy, staff were all great, loved the location. I was able to walk to see a ton of sights and getting back to the room was great because it was cozy. Great experience, especially for the price.

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel and had a comfortable stay. Room was clean and spacious for the two of us. Bathroom was great but shower pressure was quite low. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant which was fine. All staff we engaged with were friendly and hospitable. There were lots to choose from on the menu. Parking was available but does come at a cost of £10 a night, but at least it was onsite parking.
